Przedmiot zgloszenia jest wytwarzany w sposób prze- myslowy z tworzywa sztucznego. Glównym zastosowaniem panelu jest umozliwienie uzytkownikom dostepu do podstawowych funkcji odbiornika. Panel przedni pelni równiez funkcje ochronna odbiorni- ka, zabezpieczajac jego wewnetrzna konstrukcje przed czynnikami zewnetrznymi. Cecha wyrózniajaca panel bedacy przedmiotem zgloszenia od paneli istniejacych na rynku jest jego wyglad zdeterminowany przez charakterystyczny ksztalt i uklad linii wzdluz których rozmieszczo- ne zostaly elementy panelu. This panel constitutes a component of its housing, determining its functionality and its external appearance. The subject of the application is manufactured industrially from plastic. The panel's primary purpose is to provide users with access to the receiver's basic functions. The front panel also serves a protective function for the receiver, protecting its internal structure from external factors. The feature that distinguishes the panel subject of the application from existing panels on the market is its appearance, determined by the characteristic shape and arrangement of lines along which the panel elements are arranged. The subject of the application is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the front panel from a front view, presenting its actual appearance. The panel, as shown in the illustration, is black and rectangular in shape. The panel contains the following elements: rectangular navigation buttons: on/off/channel change/volume control/menu navigation/MENU/OK. These buttons are arranged along a wavy line running across the entire width of the panel; a rectangular display with a semi-elliptical cover; two LEDs (green and red) located under the display cover; a USB port. Fig. 2 schematically shows the front panel from the front, showing its characteristic features, i.e., the shape and arrangement of lines and components, i.e., the navigation buttons, display, and LEDs. Essential features of an industrial design are figurative features, manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface textures that give the panel a new and individual appearance. The panel subject of the application differs from other panels of this type by its characteristic, wavy lines, which are a defining element of its appearance. Buttons and a display are located along these lines. The design is also characterized by the semi-elliptical shape of the display cover, beneath which the display and LEDs are located. The color of the panel and the structure of the material from which it is made are also essential elements of the application. The panel is black and made of high-strength plastic.
