Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lawy wielofunkcyjnej uzywany jako róznego rodzaju stragany do handlu ulicznego. W stanie zlozonym lawa stanowi element architektury i wykorzystywana jest jako lawka, stanowiaca trwaly element wyposazenia przestrzeni publicznej miasta lub placu. W stanie rozlozonym, po wysunieciu pólek i ustawieniu pojemników sluzy jako stragan do róznego rodzaju handlu ulicznego np. kwiatów cietych. Pojemnik sklada sie z zasobnika na pojemniki i przykrywki. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego ksztalt zewnetrzny, proporcje i elementy zdobnicze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw lawy wielofunkcyjnej po zlozeniu pólek z zasobnikiem na pojemniki z przykrywka, fig. 2 przedstawia zestaw lawy wielofunkcyjnej po rozlozeniu. U góry pokazano pojedynczy pojemnik, obok zasobnik na pojemniki. Zestaw lawy wielofunkcyjnej ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu z widocznymi od frontu wsunietymi pólkami, oraz obok zasobnik na pojemniki, który ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu czterokomorowego u góry otwartego z zaokraglonymi narozami i u dolu z uskokiem, natomiast u góry ma obwodowy kolnierz oraz wspólna na cztery komory przykrywka z palakowym uchwytem srodkowym. Zestaw lawy wielofunkcyjny jest latwy i szybki w montazu i demontazu i pozwala zaoszczedzic czas sprzedawcy. Jednoczesnie wyglad, rodzaj materialów i estetyka wykonania moga pozytywnie wplywac na wyglad przestrzeni publicznej np. placu miejskiego lub targowego. Sprzyja to pozytywnemu odbiorowi straganu przez klienta. Wiekszosc straganów po zakonczeniu dnia pracy, sezonu sprzedazy stoi opuszczona i „zagraca" przestrzen publiczna. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze zestaw lawy wielofunkcyjnej ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu z widocznymi od frontu wsunietymi pólkami, a zasobnik na pojemniki, ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu czterokomorowego u góry otwartego z zaokraglonymi narozami i u dolu z uskokiem, natomiast u góry ma obwodowy kolnierz oraz wspólna na cztery komory przykrywka z palakowym uchwytem srodkowym. When folded, the bench is an element of architecture and is used as a bench, constituting a permanent element of the equipment of the public space of the city or square. When unfolded, after extending the shelves and setting the containers, it serves as a stall for various types of street trade, e.g. cut flowers. The container consists of a container container and a lid. The essence of the industrial design is its external shape, proportions and decorative elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the set of multifunctional benches after folding the shelves with a container container with a lid, Fig. 2 shows the set of multifunctional benches after unfolding. The multifunctional bench set has the shape of a cuboid with shelves pushed in visible from the front, and next to it a container tray, which has the shape of a four-chamber cuboid open at the top with rounded corners and a recess at the bottom, while at the top it has a circumferential collar and a cover shared by four chambers with a central handle. Each of the chambers of the cover has two-stage decorative recesses. After unfolding the multifunctional bench set by sliding out the shelves, we obtain three parallel rectangles, where two rectangles have two rows of rectangular recesses for inserting containers shown on the bench and inside the container tray. The multifunctional bench set is easy and quick to assemble and disassemble and saves the seller's time. At the same time, the appearance, type of materials and aesthetics of workmanship can positively influence the appearance of a public space, e.g. a city square or market square. This favors a positive reception of the stall by the customer. Most stalls are deserted after the end of the working day and the sales season and "clutter" the public space. The proposed multifunctional bench set, which acts as a bench when folded and a stall when unfolded, thanks to its multifunctionality ensures the possibility of continuous use of the set, which increases its profitability.
