Zabawka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada glowe owalna, na niej kapelusik (nakrycie glowy), glowa jest usadowiona na korpusie w postaci prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych brzegach scian, przy czym w dolnej jego czesci przytwierdzono na trzpieniach nogi w ksztalcie prostopadloscianów (z wyznaczona czescia kolana) o zaokraglonych brzegach scian i poszerzonej podstawie stopy – tworzac ruchome elementy. Rece zabawki-figurki w ksztalcie litery „L" nieznacznie sciete w swojej grubosci przy przegubie dloni, przytwierdzone w górnej czesci korpusu na trzpieniach tworzac ruchome elementy zakonczone dlonmi (ulozonymi do srodka tulowia) przytwierdzonymi sztywno na drazku. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na fotografiach, gdzie na: fig. 1 pokazano figurke w kolorze czerwono-bialym, widok z przodu; fig. 2 pokazano figurke kolorze zielonym, widok z przodu; fig. 3 pokazano figurke w kolorze czarnym, widok z przodu; fig. 4 pokazano figurke kolorze czerwono-bialym, widok z tylu; fig. 5 pokazano figurke w kolorze zielonym, widok z przodu; fig. 6 pokazano figurke w kolorze czarnym, widok z boku; i na rysunkach, gdzie na: fig. 7 pokazano zabawke-figurke, która za pomoca obrotów manualnych sztywnego drazka mozna wprowadzic w ruch. Zabawka-figurka wykonuje przewroty, sklony tulowia w przód i tyl, nad i pod poprzeczka, stanie na poprzeczce tj. „ewolucje na trzepaku" – wedlug oznaczen: Poz. 1 – rece w górze, Poz. 2 – rece wyciagniete do przodu, Poz. 3 – z rekami na drazku umieszczonymi z tylu tulowia, Fig. 8 pokazano zabawke-figurke w pozycji siedzacej na drazku, tulów przechylony do przodu pod katem ok. 60 st. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w trzech odmianach wedlug zalaczonej fotografii zbiorczej. According to the industrial design, the toy has an oval head with a hat (headgear). The head sits on a cuboid body with rounded wall edges. Cuboid legs (with a designated knee section) with rounded wall edges and a widened foot base are attached to pins at the bottom, creating movable elements. The toy figurine's arms, slightly truncated in thickness at the wrist, are attached to pins at the top of the body, creating movable elements, ending with hands (positioned toward the center of the torso) rigidly attached to a rod. The subject of the design is shown in the photographs, where: Fig. 1 shows a red and white figure, front view; Fig. 2 shows a green figure, front view; Fig. 3 shows a black figure, front view; Fig. 4 shows a red and white figure, back view; Fig. 5 shows a green figure, front view; Fig. 6 shows a black figure, side view; and in the drawings, where: Fig. 7 shows a toy figure that can be set in motion by means of manual rotation of a rigid bar. The force of gravity rotates the toy figure around the arm axis. The toy figure performs somersaults, bends the torso forward and backward, over and under the crossbar, stands on the crossbar, i.e. "acrobatics on a carpet beater" – according to the markings: Pos. 1 – arms up, Pos. 2 – arms stretched forward, Pos. 3 – with hands on the bar placed at the back of the torso, Fig. 8 shows the toy figurine in a sitting position on the bar, the torso tilted forward at an angle of approximately 60 degrees. The industrial design object is shown in three variants according to the attached collective photograph. The design in the following variations: - the first is a toy figurine of a gymnast-clown in a checked and striped red and white suit shown in fig. 1, 4, 7, 8, - the second is a toy figurine of a gymnast-soldier in a green uniform and red long boots shown in fig. 2, 5, 7, 8, - the third is a toy figurine of a gymnast-chimney sweeper in a black suit with red stripes shown in fig. 3, 6, 7, 8.
