Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona ekranu telewizora. Tego rodzaju oslony sa przeznaczone do zabezpieczenia ekranu telewizora przed uszkodzeniem mechanicznym. Chronia one ekrany przed uszkodzeniem szczególnie przez dzieci. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac oslony przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4 przedstawiaja oslone w widoku perspektywicznym a fig. 5 - oslone w widoku z boku. Oslona przedstawiona na fig. 1 i fig. 5 stanowi odmiane 1, na fig. 2 i fig. 5 - odmiane 2, na fig. 3 i fig. 5 - odmiane 3 a na fig. 4 i fig. 5 - odmiane 4. Oznaczenia poszczególnych elementów oslony sa uwidocznione na fig. 1. Oslona sklada sie z plyty przezroczystej 1 z zagieciem 2 i jest wyposazona w otwory mocujace 3 usytuowane na narozach plyty 1. W otworach mocujacych 3 sa osadzone paski nosne 4 sprzegane i regulowane przy pomocy klamry lub przylepca i suwaków. These types of protectors are intended to protect television screens from mechanical damage, particularly from children. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the protector, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 show the protector in a perspective view, and Fig. 5 shows the protector in a side view. The cover shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 5 is variant 1, in Fig. 2 and Fig. 5 - variant 2, in Fig. 3 and Fig. 5 - variant 3, and in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 - variant 4. The designations of the individual elements of the cover are shown in Fig. 1. The cover consists of a transparent plate 1 with a bend 2 and is equipped with mounting holes 3 situated at the corners of the plate 1. Carrying straps 4 are mounted in the mounting holes 3 and are coupled and adjusted by means of a buckle or adhesive tape and sliders. Spacers 5 are placed on the inner side of the transparent plate 1. The spacers 5 are attached to the plate by means of adhesive tape, which enables their arrangement on the transparent plate 1 to be adjusted to the size of the TV screen. In variant 1, transparent plate 1 has rectangular corners and mounting holes 3 are elliptical; in variant 2, transparent plate 1 has rectangular corners and mounting holes 3 are rectangular; in variant 3, transparent plate 1 has rounded corners and mounting holes 3 are elliptical; and in variant 4, transparent plate 1 has rounded corners and mounting holes 3 are rectangular. Transparent plate 1 can be made of acrylic glass or polycarbonate. The cover is attached to the television by placing transparent plate 1 with fold 2 on the top of the screen and then engaging the support straps 4 using snap-on clips or adhesive.
