Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego jest uwidoczniony na ilustracji zbiorczej i dla lepszego zobra- zowania wzoru na za laczonych fotografiach, gdzie figury przedmiotu wzoru przemys lowego przed- stawiaj a: fig. 1 - przedstawia butelk e wed lug pierwszej odmiany w widoku z przodu fig. 2 - przedstawia butelk e wed lug pierwszej odmiany w widoku perspektywicznym fig. 3 - przedstawia butelk e wed lug drugiej odmiany w widoku z przodu fig. 4 - przedstawia butelk e wed lug drugiej odmiany w widoku perspektywicznym. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego wed lug pierwszej i drugiej odmiany ma zasadniczo eliptyczny przekrój poprzeczny. Butelka wed lug pierwszej odmiany, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 2 posiada dno, w którego central- nej cz esci znajduje si e owalne wklesni ecie, w srodku którego wykonano wglebienie przyjmuj ace po- stac czaszy. Jak zobrazowano na fig. 1 i fig. 2, w centralnej czesci szerszego boku butelki sporz adzono cha- rakterystyczne wt loczenie, przechodz ace kolejno na jeden z wezszych boków i drugi szerszy bok. W dole butelki wt loczenie jest równoleg le do podstawy, po czym przechodzi lagodnym lukiem ku gó- rze butelki, a tu z przy szyjce zachodzi na wezszy z boków i kolejno drugi szerszy bok. Jak pokazano na fig. 2, w górnej cz esci butelki znajduje si e kolejne wt loczenia o kszta lcie eliptycznym, wykonane na jednym z cie nszych boków i przechodz ace na szersze boki butelki. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, manifesting itself mainly in the characteristic shape and original ornamentation of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the collective illustration and, for a better illustration of the design, in the attached photographs, where the figures of the subject of the industrial design show: fig. 1 - shows a bottle according to the first variant in a front view fig. 2 - shows a bottle according to the first variant in a perspective view fig. 3 - shows a bottle according to the second variant in a front view fig. 4 - shows a bottle according to the second variant in a perspective view. The subject of the industrial design according to the first and second variants has a substantially elliptical cross-section. The bottle according to the first variant, as shown in Fig. 2, has a bottom in the central part of which there is an oval concavity, in the middle of which a recess has been made taking the form of a bowl. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, in the central part of the wider side of the bottle a characteristic embossing has been made, passing successively to one of the narrower sides and the other wider side. At the bottom of the bottle the embossing is parallel to the base, then passes in a gentle arc to the top of the bottle, and just at the neck it overlaps the narrower side and successively the other wider side. As shown in Fig. 2, in the upper part of the bottle there is another embossing of elliptical shape, made on one of the thinner sides and passing to the wider sides of the bottle. The bottle is finished with a neck with a thread. The essential features of the industrial design according to the first variant are the characteristic shape and original ornamentation of the bottle, in which, in the central part of the wider side, a characteristic embossing has been made, passing successively to one of the narrower sides and the other wider side, while at the bottom of the bottle this embossing is parallel to the base, after which it passes in a gentle arc to the top of the bottle, and right at the neck it passes to the narrower side and successively to the other wider side. Another essential feature of the industrial design according to the first variant is that in the upper part of the bottle there is another embossing of elliptical shape, made on one of the thinner sides and passing to the wider sides of the bottle. The bottle according to the second variant, as shown in Fig. 4, has a bottom in the central part of which there is an oval concavity, in the middle of which a recess has been made taking the form of a bowl. As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, in the central part of the wider side of the bottle a characteristic embossing has been made, passing successively to one of the narrower sides and the other wider side.
