The essence of the design is a new form of the cookie, manifesting itself in its shape, texture, and ornamentation. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the cookie, and Fig. 2 shows the cookie in perspective. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The cookie, according to the industrial design, is circular in shape with a serrated edge. On the outer front surface of the cookie is a concave inscription "Sante," written in fanciful script, above which is a decorative ornament in the form of stylized leaves arranged in pairs, decreasing in size towards the cookie's edge.
