Uk lad mieszaj acy wed lug wzoru sk lada si e z termostatycznego zaworu mieszaj acego, elementu lacz acego uk lad mieszaj acy z doln a belk a rozdzielacza, pompy cyrkulacyjnej wraz z elementem la- cz acym z górn a belk a rozdzielacza, termostatu przylgowego i wska znika temperatury. It is intended for central heating installations using two different types of heating with different heating medium parameters (e.g., radiator heating with a temperature of approximately 80°C and surface heating – underfloor or wall – with a temperature of approximately 50°C). The mixing system is used in both residential and public buildings. The mixing system, according to the design, consists of a thermostatic mixing valve, an element connecting the mixing system to the lower manifold beam, a circulation pump with an element connecting to the upper manifold beam, a contact thermostat, and a temperature indicator. The mixing system is shown in the drawing and has essential features of the industrial design in the form of connections to the thermostatic mixing valve (1), in the lower part of which there is a "Z" connector for installing a ball valve for the system supply, and an element connecting the mixing system with the lower manifold beam (2), in which a "P" nipple is mounted for installing a shut-off ball valve (on the return). A circulation pump (3) is connected to the mixing valve (1) together with an element connecting to the upper manifold beam (4), on which there is a contact thermostat (5) and a "T" temperature indicator. The electric wires powering the mixing system connect the contact thermostat (5) and the circulation pump motor (3).
