Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest stela z wózka, przeznaczony zw laszcza do ekspozycji produktów w formie mobilnej. Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest nowy, posiadaj acy indywidualny wzór stela za wózka, przeja- wiaj acy si e w kszta lcie i uk ladzie elementów, nadaj acych wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wygl ad. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego jest uwidoczniony na za laczonych rysunkach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia stela z w widoku ogólnym, Fig. 2 - przedstawia stela z w widoku z góry, Fig. 3 - przedstawia widok d luzszego boku stela za wózka, Fig. 4 - przedstawia widok krótszego boku stela za wózka, Fig. 5 - przedstawia widok charakterystycznego elementu dla zadaszenia, Fig. 6 i 7 - przedstawiaj a widok charakterystycznego elementu stela za wózka. Stela z wózka wykonany z profili, korzystnie stalowych, osadzony na czterech kó lkach, przy czym dolna rama stela za posiada element konstrukcji stela za (Fig. 6 i 7) umo zliwiaj acy rozci agni ecie konstrukcji i uzyskanie wózka o mniejszej i wi ekszej d lugo sci. Stwarza to mo zliwo sc modyfikowania jego rozmiaru w zale zno sci od wielko sci lodówki lub innego rodzaju ladunku. Stela z posiada wygiete wielokrotnie wsporniki tworz ace boki krótsze wózka. Dodatkowo stela z posiada element, gdzie mo zna zamontowa c zadaszenie (Fig. 5) stanowi ace no snik reklamy oraz maj ace na celu ochron e zawarto sci wózka przed dzia laniem czynników atmosferycznych: s lonca oraz deszczu. The essence of the industrial design is a new, individual design of the trolley frame, manifested in the shape and arrangement of elements, giving the design a new and original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the frame in a general view, Fig. 2 - shows the frame in a top view, Fig. 3 - shows a view of the longer side of the trolley frame, Fig. 4 - shows a view of the shorter side of the trolley frame, Fig. 5 - shows a view of a characteristic element for the canopy, Figs. 6 and 7 - shows a view of a characteristic element of the trolley frame. The trolley frame is made of profiles, preferably steel, mounted on four wheels. The lower frame of the frame has a structural element (Fig. 6 and 7) that allows the structure to be extended, creating a trolley of shorter or longer lengths. This allows for the modification of its size depending on the size of the refrigerator or other type of cargo. The frame has multiple curved supports that form the shorter sides of the trolley. Additionally, the frame has a mounting element for a canopy (Fig. 5), which serves as an advertising medium and protects the trolley's contents from weather conditions: sun and rain. Essential features of the industrial design: a characteristic design of a trolley frame mounted on four wheels, with a structural element of the lower frame enabling the structure to be extended, multiple curved side supports forming the shorter sides, and an element for mounting a canopy.
