Description

Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest element konstrukcyjno-izolacyjny w postaci profilu cz esciowo otwartego, wype lnionego mas a izolacyjn a w postaci pianki poliuretanowej, który przezna- czony jest do stosowania w systemach profili do wzmacniania i zwi ekszania izolacyjno sci elementów wykorzystywanych w stolarce budowlanej. Istota elementu konstrukcyjno-izolacyjnego wed lug wzoru charakteryzuje si e oryginalnym kszta ltem profilu i kszta ltem masy izolacyjnej tworz acych wspólnie konstrukcyjn a ca lo sc. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiony zosta l w sposób schematyczny w przekroju poprzecznym na fig. 1. Element konstrukcyjno-izolacyjny sk lada si e profilu metalowego cz esciowo otwartego w kszta l- cie stylizowanej odwróconej litery U, której jedno rami e jest odchylone na zewnatrz, natomiast masa izolacyjna ma kszta lt prostopad lo scienny w czesci otwartej profilu p laszczyzna wewn etrzna jest profi- lowana i ma ksztalt lukowo-trapezowy, natomiast do odchylonego ramienia przystaje materia l izolacyj- ny w kszta lcie prostopad lo sciennym, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego Element konstrukcyjno-izolacyjny wed lug wzoru charakteryzuje si e tym, ze sk lada si e profilu metalowego cz esciowo otwartego w kszta lcie stylizowanej odwróconej litery U, której jedno rami e jest odchylone na zewn atrz, natomiast masa izolacyjna ma kszta lt prostopad lo scienny w cz esci otwartej profilu p laszczyzna wewn etrzna jest profilowana i ma kszta lt lukowo-trapezowy, natomiast do odchy- lonego ramienia przystaje materia l izolacyjny w kszta lcie prostopad lo sciennym, jak pokazano na ry- sunku fig. 1. The essence of the structural and insulating element, according to the design, is characterized by the original shape of the profile and the shape of the insulating mass, which together form a structural whole. The subject of the design is shown schematically in cross-section in Fig. 1. The structural and insulating element consists of a partially open metal profile in the shape of a stylized inverted U-letter, one arm of which is deflected outwards, while the insulating mass has a perpendicular wall shape. In the open part of the profile, the internal surface is profiled and has an arched-trapezoidal shape, while the deflected arm is adjoined by a perpendicular wall-shaped insulating material, as shown in Fig. 1. Essential features of the industrial design The structural and insulating element according to the design is characterized in that it consists of a partially open metal profile in the shape of a stylized inverted U-letter, one arm of which is deflected outwards, while the insulating mass has a lt perpendicular wall in the open part of the profile the internal plane is profiled and has an arched-trapezoidal shape, while the insulating material in a perpendicular wall shape adheres to the deflected arm, as shown in Fig. 1.
