The water jet system allows for therapy to be performed while standing in the shower. The electronic control panel and nozzle system allow for individual programming of the bathtub-shower section's operating sequence. The new and original features of the bathtub-shower combination industrial design include its new form, manifested in its shape, design, and color scheme. The device's shape resembles an unfolding tulip flower, while the design allows for switching between shower and bathtub functions. The vibrant colors evoke vibrant gardens and a return to nature. The bathtub-shower has two axes of rotation, one vertical and the other horizontal. The horizontal pivot allows for showering and acts as a sliding door. The horizontal panel along the movable element provides both soft support and seating, and houses the entire control system. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, Fig. 1, which shows the bathtub in the open position in green. The decorative, tulip-shaped shower enclosure is made of durable plastics, providing high resistance to impact and scratching. The industrial design bathtub-shower allows for the placement of a sanitary unit in a small space, in the form of a hydromassage bathtub with a shower, without limiting the functional area of the room. Its modern shape and carefully chosen color scheme add a new dimension and aesthetic appeal to the room in which it is installed. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the bathtub-shower, which distinguish it from other bathtub-showers, are its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, construction, color scheme, aesthetics, and utility. The bathtub-shower can be used for a variety of purposes. The bathtub-shower unit, as per the industrial design, is shown in the attached illustration, where the subject of the industrial design, the bathtub-shower unit, is shown in an open position. According to the design as shown in the attached illustration, the bathtub-shower unit is characterized by a decorative, tulip-shaped shower enclosure element and a bathtub with a decoratively profiled shape extending from the lower part of the decorative shower enclosure element. The shape and size of the bathtub are adapted to the shape of the shower enclosure. The bathtub element, with its appropriately shaped profile, dimensions, and surface shape, is matched to the shower enclosure element. When folded, the bathtub complements the decorative shower screen and together they create a decorative element resembling a tulip flower. The decorative shower screen, shaped like an unfolding tulip, is made of durable plastics that provide high resistance to impact and scratching.
