Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac elementu blokujacego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Element blokujacy ma zastosowa- nie jako element do blokady elementów konstrukcyjnych budo- wlanych na przyklad belek. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia element blokujacy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- element blokujacy w widoku z dolu, fig.3- element blokujacy w widoku z boku, a fig.4- element blokujacy w widoku z przodu. Element blokujacy wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charaktery- zuje sie tym, ze ma postac wyprofilowanego okraglego preta,który w widoku z dolu ma zarys figury obejmujacej zarys cyfry "4" polaczonej z litera "U", a w widoku z boku ma zarys figu- ry obejmujacej dwie litery "U" oraz zarys kata prostego. The essence of the design is a new form of the locking element, manifested in its shape. The locking element is used as an element for locking structural elements of buildings, for example beams. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the locking element in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the locking element in a bottom view, Fig. 3 - the locking element in a side view, and Fig. 4 - the locking element in a front view. The locking element, according to the decorative pattern, is characterized by the fact that it has the form of a profiled round rod, which, when viewed from below, has the outline of a figure encompassing the outline of the number "4" connected to the letter "U", and in a side view, has the outline of a figure encompassing two letters "U" and the outline of a right angle.
