Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest dwutygodnik, tj. czasopismo sk ladaj ace si e z wielu stron, przy czym ka zda ze stron posiada okre slony uk lad graficzny. W dwutygodniku zamieszczany jest program ró znych stacji telewizyjnych, zapowiedzi filmów, seriali i innych programów telewizyjnych, jak równie z dodatkowe wiadomo sci z dziedziny kultury, zdrowia, urody, kulinariów i podró zy. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedsta- wia widok dwutygodnika z góry, przy czym na pierwszym planie widoczna jest ok ladka dwutygo- dnika, która zosta la cz esciowo odchylona w sposób uwidaczniaj acy wewn etrzne strony dwutygo- dnika. The biweekly magazine publishes programming from various television stations, previews of films, series, and other television programs, as well as additional news in the fields of culture, health, beauty, cuisine, and travel. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a top view of the biweekly magazine, with the cover of the biweekly visible in the foreground, partially tilted to reveal the inner pages of the biweekly. Fig. 2 shows the cover of the biweekly magazine. Fig. 3 shows the appearance and location of graphic elements on each inside page of the biweekly. Fig. 4 shows the appearance and location of the table of contents on the first inside editorial page of the biweekly. Fig. 5 shows the appearance and location of individual graphic elements on the inside pages of the biweekly containing television programming. Fig. 6 shows the appearance and location of individual graphic elements on the inside pages of the biweekly containing TV series trailers. Fig. 7 shows the appearance and location of individual graphic elements on the inside pages of the biweekly containing film trailers. Essential features of an industrial design include the characteristic appearance and location of individual graphic elements on the cover and on each inside page of the biweekly. On the cover of the biweekly, on a blue background, at the top there is the "tv2TYGODNIK" logotype, consisting of the connected lowercase letters "tv" in white, the number "2" in red with a white border, the word "TYGODNIK" written in capital white letters, and an orange ball placed between the letters "t" and "v". The letters and numbers have a characteristic font, with the number "2" and the letters "t" in the word "tv" being higher than the other letters. Below the logotype there is a thin, horizontal line. It is partially covered by a two-colored square with rounded corners, placed directly under part of the logotype, i.e. under the letters "tv" and the number "2". In the upper part of the square, close to its vertical edges, there are thin, vertical lines rounded along the lines of the square's corners. At the right edge of the cover, there are two vertical rows of colored rectangles placed one above the other with a small gap between them. In each row, there are rectangles, separated by thin lines, containing, from bottom to top, the following letters: "PT", "SO", "ND", "PO", "WT", "SR", and "CZ", written in capital letters. The left edge of the lower row of rectangles is adjoined by a vertical strip, which then turns into a rectangle, against which the inscription "1. WEEK N" written in capital letters is placed. The left edge of the higher row of rectangles is adjoined by a rectangle, against which the inscription "2. WEEK N" written in capital letters is placed, this rectangle then turns into a vertical strip ending at the height of the horizontal line. On each of the inner pages of the biweekly, at the top of the page, halfway across its width, there is a blue rectangle with the two lower corners rounded. The rectangle is divided into two dotted parts, a horizontal line, and a horizontal line. The "tv2TYGODNIK" logo is located at the top of the page. The table of contents of the biweekly is placed in the upper right corner on the first internal editorial page of the biweekly. It contains graphic elements in the form of a horizontal strip with the inscription "1. WEEK N" and, below it, a horizontal row of rectangles with letters in order from the left: "PT", "SA", "ND", "PO", "WT", "SR" and "CZ"; and in the form of a horizontal strip with the inscription "2. WEEK N" and, below it, a horizontal row of rectangles with letters in the same order. Furthermore, at the bottom of the table of contents there is a blue rectangle with the "tv2TYGODNIK" logo, the same as the one described above. The inner pages of the biweekly, containing the television program, have a frame at the top and outer edge consisting of two rectangles in different colors, arranged horizontally at the top edge, and three rectangles in different colors, arranged vertically at the side edge of the page, with the number "20" in the middle rectangle. Inside the frame are rectangles in different colors, with the top edge of each rectangle being a thicker stripe in a darker shade of the appropriate color, and the left edge marked with a thin, vertical line in a darker shade of the appropriate color. The inner pages of the biweekly, containing TV series trailers, have a thick frame at the top, outer, and bottom edges, with the side edge of the frame covered by another element along a section. In the upper corner of the page, at its outer edge, under the frame, there is a horizontal rectangle with the inscription "SERIALES" written in capital letters. The inner pages of the biweekly, containing movie trailers, have a thick frame at the top and bottom edges. In the upper corner, at the outer edge of the page, under the frame, there is a horizontal rectangle with the inscription "FILMY" written in capital letters.
