Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zawieszka reklamowa na wieszak druciany (pralniczy). Stanowi ona papierow a nak ladk e przytwierdzon a do metalowego wieszaka i jest wykorzystywana jako no snik tre sci i obrazów reklamowych. Tre sci reklamowe umieszczane s a po obu stronach zawieszki. Przedmiot wzoru zosta l uwidoczniony na rysunkach i fotografii zalaczonych do niniejszego opi- su. Fig. 1 przedstawia zg laszany do rejestracji wzór przemys lowy zawieszki. Fig. 2 przedstawia za- wieszk e przed z lo zeniem. Na Fig. 3 zaprezentowano zawieszk e zamontowan a na wieszaku. Fig. 4 wskazuje, ze zawieszka nie wp lywa na funkcjonalno sc wieszaka pralniczego. Istot a wzoru jest unikalny kszta lt zawieszki, którego cech a jest ob la i delikatnie prowadzona li- nia, co ma na celu podniesienie walorów estetycznych zawieszki. W tym samym celu zastosowano wyd lu zone ramiona uchwytów (2) - Fig. 3, pozwalaj ace na wkomponowanie w ca losc uchwytów utrzy- mujacych zawieszk e. It consists of a paper overlay attached to a metal hanger and is used as a carrier for advertising content and images. Advertising content is placed on both sides of the hanger. The subject of the design is shown in the drawings and photographs attached to this description. Fig. 1 shows the industrial design for the hanger submitted for registration. Fig. 2 shows the hanger before assembly. Fig. 3 shows the hanger mounted on the hanger. Fig. 4 indicates that the hanger does not affect the functionality of the laundry hanger. The essence of the design is the hanger's unique shape, characterized by rounded and delicately drawn lines, which are intended to enhance the hanger's aesthetic value. For the same purpose, extended arms of the handles (2) - Fig. 3 were used, allowing the handles holding the hanger to be incorporated into the whole. The original shape of the hanger does not limit the full functionality of the laundry hanger. The shortened and rounded side parts do not cover the recesses used for hanging skirts and dresses (3) - Fig. 3, the upper shape of the hanger (1) - Fig. 3 allows for placing a cardboard overlay (used in laundry) on the hanger for hanging shirts, whereas a properly folded hanger, not anchored on the lower, transverse part of the hanger, allows for its free use for hanging trousers and other items of clothing (4) - Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The essential features of an industrial design are the features of form which distinguish the submitted design from other already known designs and constitute the basis for its identification by the unique shape of the design shown in Fig. 1, in which the outer line contains the outer contours of the design.
