The pasteurizer, as shown in its photographic illustration in a perspective view, has the shape of a monoblock consisting of the following structural modules: a plate heat exchanger, a buffer tank, insulated piping for holding the product at the pasteurization temperature, a water heating system containing a heat exchanger, an automatic valve, an inclined steam filter, a dehydrator, a circulation pump, and a control valve. In addition, the pasteurizer is equipped with regulation, control and measurement equipment in the form of thermometers and manometers, as well as a control cabinet. All pasteurizer modules have a compact structure and compensated mutual positioning in a monoblock and are mounted on a support frame made of square pipes with adjustable legs. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The pasteurizer, according to the industrial design, is characterized by having the shape of a monoblock consisting of structural modules comprising: a plate heat exchanger, a buffer tank, an insulated pipework for holding the product at the pasteurization temperature, a water heating system containing a heat exchanger, an automatic valve, an inclined steam filter, a steam trap, a circulation pump, and a control valve, as well as control and measurement equipment in the form of thermometers and manometers, and a control cabinet. All pasteurizer modules have a mutually compensated position in a monoblock and are mounted on a support frame made of pipes with adjustable legs.
