Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest urz adzenie do wyznaczania rozk ladu naporu pocho- dz acego od materia lu sypkiego oraz ilorazu naporu. Urz adzenie przedstawione na ilustracji stanowi cylindryczny edometr sk ladaj acy si e ze sciany bocznej (1); dna (2) i pokrywy (3). Scian e boczn a (1) tworz a dwie jednakowe zestawione ze sob a po- lówki walca, które po laczone s a za pomoc a czterech czujników si ly poziomej (4) - po dwa na laczenie. Sciana boczna (1) oparta jest ponadto na stalowej ramie (5) wyposa zonej w trzy czujniki. Dno (2) oraz pokrywa (3) edometru sk lada si e z pi eciu koncentrycznych pier scieni, z których ka zdy ma takie samo pole powierzchni. Ka zdy pier scie n zaopatrzony jest niezale znie od pozosta lych w trzy czujniki si ly. Urz adzenie wykonane jest ze stali nierdzewnej. Cechy istotne wzoru Wzór przemys lowy wyró znia si e: - cylindrycznym kszta ltem edometru; - scian a boczn a utworzon a z zestawionych ze sob a dwóch jednakowych po lówek walca; - koncentrycznymi pier scieniami, z których wykonane jest dno i pokrywa urz adzenia; - elementami wykonanymi ze stali nierdzewnej; - stalow a ram a, na której opiera si e sciana boczna. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a device for determining the pressure distribution of a bulk material and the pressure quotient. The device shown in the illustration is a cylindrical oedometer consisting of a side wall (1); a bottom (2); and a cover (3). The side wall (1) is formed by two identical cylinder halves juxtaposed, which are connected by up to four horizontal force sensors (4) - two per connection. The side wall (1) is also supported by a steel frame (5) equipped with three sensors. The bottom (2) and cover (3) of the oedometer consist of five concentric rings, each having the same surface area. Each ring is equipped with three force sensors, independently of the others. The device is made of stainless steel. Essential features of the design: The industrial design is distinguished by: - the cylindrical shape of the oedometer; - a side wall formed by two identical cylinder halves juxtaposed; - concentric rings that make up the bottom and cover of the device; - elements made of stainless steel; - a steel frame on which the side wall rests.
