Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania fosforanu glinu w postaci żelu, stosowanego w celach leczniczych. The subject of the invention is a method of obtaining aluminum phosphate in the form of a gel for therapeutic purposes.
There is a known method of obtaining aluminum phosphate in the form of a gel by reaction of alkali metal salts of phosphoric acid with aluminum salts, used in the form of solutions, which is found in volume VIII, page 389 of Ullmann's Encyclopedia of Technical Chemistry of 1931. The disadvantage of this method is the need to use large capacity tanks for the preparation of substrates and the formation of highly contaminated post-reaction wastewater. The method of obtaining aluminum phosphate, mentioned in Brauer Handbuch der praeparaiven anorganischen Chemie of 1954, page 624, consists in using concentrated sodium aluminate and concentrated phosphoric acid as substrates. The product obtained in this way does not have the ability to adsorb hydrochloric acid, and thus is not useful in therapy. There is also known from British patent specification No. 1,403,242 a method of producing aluminum phosphate in the form of a gel by conducting the reaction between sodium aluminate, phosphoric acid and aluminum sulfate in an aqueous medium, the pH of the mixture being 5-6. To obtain a preparation useful for therapeutic purposes, it is necessary to remove sulphates from the reaction mass, thus the wastewater produced in large amounts is highly contaminated.
The method of obtaining aluminum phosphate in the form of a gel by reacting aluminum compounds and phosphoric acid in an aqueous medium and then precipitating it at pH = 5 - 6 at a temperature of 320 - 335 K, according to the invention, consists in carrying out the reaction in two stages, with the first stage being boiling phosphoric acid with the content of 0.734 kg P2O5 in 1 dm3, while stirring, aluminum hydroxide is added, and then the reaction mass is boiled for 0.4 - 0.6 hours and then water is added so that the final concentrations in 1 dm3 of the reaction mass are 0.275 kg P2O5 and 0.70 kg Al2O3; then, after 2.8-3.3 hours, the whole is purified by filtration with active carbon, and in the second stage, an aqueous solution of the alkalizing agent with a concentration of 8-15% by mass is slowly introduced with continuous stirring into the purified solution at a temperature of 320-335 K until pH = 5-6 is reached, then the whole is filtered and washed with water, and the concentrated effluent is used for the production of dicalcium phosphate.
Sposób według wynalazku pozwala otrzymywać fosforan glinu w postaci żelu o odpowiednich własnościach adsorbcyjnych kwasu solnego i jednocześnie umożliwia pełne zagospodarowanie ścieków.The method according to the invention makes it possible to obtain aluminum phosphate in the form of a gel with appropriate adsorptive properties of hydrochloric acid and, at the same time, it enables full management of the waste water.
The method according to the invention is illustrated in the following non-limiting embodiment.
