The toy's new and unique design, according to the industrial design, is evident in its shape, arrangement of elements, lines, and color. The toy consists of several interconnected components. A centrally located sleeve, also made of elastic rubber, is attached to a base made of circular elastic rubber. Weights are placed on the outside of the sleeve, while multicolored feather-shaped shuttlecocks are placed inside the sleeve. The base of the toy has a non-slip surface, and the sleeve, which accepts plastic or metal weights, is finished with a collar at the top to prevent the weights from falling out. A toy shuttlecock is used for fun or sports and recreational games, particularly for bouncing with the foot, but can also be used in other ways, e.g., with a hand-held racket.
