STOPKA MEBLOWA TRÓJKATNA Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest stopka meblowa trójkatna wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Zostala ona przedstawiona na zalaczonej fotografii w rzutach : od dolu (czesc frontowa) - „Fig." 1A, od góry (czesc frontowa) - „Fig." 1B oraz w rzucie z perspektywy - „Fig." 1C. - W rzucie od dolu (czesc frontowa), przedstawionym na zalaczonym rysunku - „Fig." 2A, w swym ksztalcie stopka ta jest zblizona do regularnego prostokata, o dwóch równych bokach oraz dluzszej podstawie. Tylko jeden z wierzcholków posiada kat prosty, a pozostale dwa sa delikatnie zao k r a g l one, co nada je stopce dosyc specyficzny ksztalt. W plaszczyznie stopki, wykonane sa trzy symetrycznie rozmieszczone „gniazda" w których umieszczane sa sruby mocujace stopke z podstawa mebla. Kazde z owych gniazd ma identyczna wielkosc. Otwory maja ksztalt osmioramienny, a ich glebokosc odpowiada okolo ½ wysokosci stopki. Uksztaltowanie gniazd umozliwia umieszczenie w nich osmioramiennych srub mocujacych. - W rzucie z góry (czesc frontowa), przedstawionym na zalaczonym rysunku - „Fig." 2B, widoczne sa trzy przelotowe otwory wykonane w „tulejkach" bedace integralna czescia osmioramiennych otworów opisywanych powyzej. Stopka od strony wewnetrznej jest uzebrowana specjalna kratownica, dzieki której zachowana jest odpowiednia sztywnosc konstrukcji, a to z kolei ma zagwarantowac pozadana wytrzymalosc. Jak widac to na zalaczonych rysunku „Fig." 2B oraz fotografii „Fig." 1B, ramiona owej kratownicy dochodza do cylindrycznych powierzchni tulejek, „wchodzac" jednoczesnie szesciokatny korpus, co zostalo uwidocznione na fotografii „Fig." 1A - W rzucie z perspektywy, rysunek „Fig." 2C widac stopke meblowa od strony trzech plaszczyzn, tj. scian bocznych oraz od strony mocowania jej do podstawy mebla. Na fotografii, „Fig." 1C mozna zauwazyc, ze sciany boczne stopki sa 1delikatnie pochylone do wewnatrz, tworzac tym samym niewielka stozkowatosc tych scian. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie stopki meblowej trójkatnej, przejawiajace sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych oraz funkcjonalnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym - rysunku oraz fotografii zalaczonych do wniosku, przedstawiajacy zglaszany wzór przemyslowy. Istotna cecha charakterystyczna prezentowanej stopki meblowej jest jej ksztalt jako calosci, ksztalt oraz rozmieszczenie „gniazd" pod sruby mocujace, pochylenie scian bocznych oraz sposób wykonania „kratownicy" - wzmocnienia w korpusie stopki trójkatnej. 2"Fig." 1 A B C"Fig." 2 A B C PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLTRIANGULAR FURNITURE FOOT The subject of this application is a triangular furniture foot made of plastic. It is shown in the attached photograph in the following views: from below (front part) - "Fig." 1A, from above (front part) - "Fig." 1B and in a perspective view - "Fig." 1C. - In the view from below (front part), shown in the attached drawing - "Fig." 2A, this foot is similar in shape to a regular rectangle, with two equal sides and a longer base. Only one of the vertices has a right angle, while the other two are slightly rounded, which gives the foot a rather specific shape. In the plane of the foot, there are three symmetrically arranged "sockets" in which screws are placed to fasten the foot to the furniture base. Each of these sockets is identical in size. The holes have an eight-pointed shape, and their depth corresponds to approximately ½ the height of the foot. The shape of the sockets allows for the placement of eight-pointed mounting screws. - In the top view (front part), shown in the attached drawing - "Fig." 2B, three through holes are visible, made in the "sleeves," which are an integral part of the eight-pointed holes described above. The foot is ribbed on the inside with a special grid, thanks to which the appropriate rigidity of the structure is maintained, which in turn is intended to guarantee the desired strength. As can be seen in the attached drawing "Fig." 2B and photograph "Fig." 1B, the arms of this truss reach the cylindrical surfaces of the sleeves, simultaneously "entering" the hexagonal body, which is shown in the photograph "Fig." 1A - In the perspective view, drawing "Fig." 2C, the furniture foot is visible from three planes, i.e. the side walls and from the side where it is attached to the furniture base. In the photograph "Fig." 1C, it can be noticed that the side walls of the foot are slightly inclined inwards, thus creating a slight conical shape of these walls. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is a new spatial shape of the triangular furniture foot, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, colors, aimed at achieving aesthetic and functional goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material - a drawing and photograph attached to the application, presenting the submitted industrial design.
