Opakowanie przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie kolorystyki elementów rozlokowania poszczególnych elementów graficznych. Nie sa znane opakowania o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i graficznej. Zatem opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi calkowicie nowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. The packaging exhibits novelty and originality in terms of the color scheme of the elements and the arrangement of individual graphic elements. No packaging with a similar external and graphic form is known. Therefore, the packaging based on the industrial design represents a completely new artistic form in this field of industrial design. The packaging has a centrally located trademark in the upper part. On the right side, approximately halfway up, advertising information is located. At the bottom, on the left, is a two-color ribbon with an advertising and informational inscription and image, and on the right side is information about the weight and nutritional value of the product. In the first variant, the packaging has a shaded golden-brown background at the top, with the inscription "Pierogi z serem" (Dumplings with cheese). Below the inscription is an image of a plate with dumplings. 1Below the inscription is an image of a plate with dumplings. In the second variant, the packaging has a shaded silver background at the top with the inscription "Potato Dumplings". Below the inscription there is an image of a plate with dumplings. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging for cheese dumplings, and Fig. 2, the packaging for potato dumplings.
