Lawka ze schowkiem Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lawka ze schowkiem, zamontowanym pod siedziskiem. Wzór znajduje zastosowanie glównie na cmentarzach, ale takze w oddalonych alejkach parkowych i ogrodowych, pelniac funkcje lawki i jednoczesnie schowka umozliwiajacego pozostawienie w nim przedmiotów, przydatnych na miejscu, np. do sprzatania i czyszczenia. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów oraz barwe i rodzaj powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji zbiorczej, na której fig.1 przedstawia lawke ze schowkiem w pierwszej odmianie, a fig. 2 przedstawia lawke ze schowkiem w drugiej odmianie. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Pierwsza odmiana - lawka ze schowkiem, posiadajaca oparcie; 2. Druga odmiana - lawka ze schowkiem bez oparcia. Lawka wedlug wzoru sklada sie z siedziska i dwóch nóg z umieszczonym pomiedzy nimi schowkiem. Schowek ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennej skrzynki z otwierana przednia scianka, zaopatrzona w2 zamek. Schowek jest trwale przytwierdzony do obu nóg lawki w niewielkiej odleglosci od siedziska, a jego wysokosc jest równa w przyblizeniu 1/3 dlugosci nóg lawki. Glebokosc schowka jest nieznacznie mniejsza od szerokosci siedziska. Siedzisko lawki jest wykonane z trzech ksztaltowników o przekroju prostokatnym, zaopatrzonych na koncach w pólkoliste nasadki. Nogi sa wykonane z ksztaltowników o przekroju prostokatnym. W odmianie pierwszej nogi sa przytwierdzone u góry do ksztaltowników o przekroju prostokatnym, na których osadzone jest siedzisko, przy czym ksztaltowniki te sa z jednej strony wydluzone i skierowane ku górze tworzac z poziomem kat okolo 80°. Do tych konców przytwierdzone jest oparcie, utworzone z dwóch ksztaltowników o przekroju prostokatnym, zaopatrzonych na koncach w pólkoliste nasadki. W odmianie drugiej nogi sa przytwierdzone u góry do katowników, na których osadzone jest siedzisko. W obu odmianach lawka ma powierzchnie czarna, gladka i lsniaca. Lawka jest przeznaczona do umieszczenia jej trwale w podlozu, wobec czego jej nogi maja dlugosc umozliwiajaca osadzenie na przyklad w betonie. The design is used primarily in cemeteries, but also in remote park and garden paths, serving as both a bench and a storage compartment for storing items useful on-site, such as for cleaning. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as the color and type of surface. The subject of the design is shown in the attached summary illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bench with storage in the first variant, and Fig. 2 shows the bench with storage in the second variant. List of industrial design variants: 1. First variant - bench with storage, with a backrest; 2. Second variant - bench with storage without a backrest. The bench, according to the model, consists of a seat and two legs with a compartment between them. The compartment is shaped like a rectangular box with an opening front wall and a lock. The compartment is permanently attached to both bench legs a short distance from the seat, and its height is approximately one-third the length of the bench legs. The depth of the compartment is slightly less than the width of the seat. The bench seat is made of three rectangular sections, each fitted with a semicircular cap. The legs are made of rectangular sections. In the first variant, the legs are attached at the top to the rectangular sections on which the seat is mounted. These sections are elongated on one side and directed upwards, forming an angle of approximately 80° with the horizontal. Attached to these ends is a backrest, composed of two rectangular sections with semicircular caps at each end. In the second version, the legs are attached at the top to angle brackets, on which the seat is mounted. In both versions, the bench has a black, smooth, and shiny surface. The bench is designed to be permanently embedded in the ground, so its legs are long enough to be embedded in concrete, for example. The essential features of the industrial design are visible in the original arrangement of its contours and shape as well as the color and type of the surface, which is black, smooth and shiny, and the shape of the design is a seat, supported by two legs made of rectangular cross-section sections, with a compartment placed between them, wherein the compartment has the shape of a cuboid box with an opening front wall, provided with a lock and is permanently attached to both legs of the bench, at a short distance from the seat, and its height is approximately equal to 1/3 of the length of the bench legs, while the depth of the compartment is slightly smaller than the width of the seat, made of three rectangular cross-section sections, provided with semicircular caps at the ends, and in the first variant the legs are attached at the top to rectangular cross-section sections on which the seat is mounted, on one side3 elongated and directed upwards at an angle of approximately 80°, to which the backrest is attached, made of two rectangular sections, provided with semicircular caps at the ends, while in the second version, the legs are attached at the top to the angle sections on which the seat is mounted, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2.
