Przedmiotem wynalazku jest pojemnik na surowce wtórne stosowany do gromadzenia, segregacji i wywozu odpadów komunalnych.The subject of the invention is a container for recyclable materials used for the collection, sorting and disposal of municipal waste.

Pojemnik na surowce wtórne według wynalazku ma konstrukcję nośną, ściany boczne oraz przykrycie. Charakteryzuje się tym, że pionowe ściany boczne połączone są na stałe z kapturem zbieżnym ku górze, a w dolnej części pojemnika znajdują się klapy osadzone w zawiasie, a z drugiej strony znajduje się zamknięcie klapy, zaś w kapturze znajdują się otwory wsypowe, a w środku z kaptura wystaje ucho. Korzystnie jest jeżeli wewnątrz znajduje się co najmniej jedna ściana działowa oraz jeżeli ściana boczna w przekroju poziomym ma obrys wielokąta foremnego, a kaptur ostrosłupa o podstawie wielokąta foremnego, lub ściana boczna ma obrys koła zaś kaptur ma kształt stożka.
