Etykieta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta do oznaczania uszczelniacza butylowego uzyskanego w wyniku recyklingu opon samochodowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac etykiety, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, zastosowanej kolorystyce, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono kolorowa etykiete w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono ta sama etykiete w widoku z przodu w kolorystyce czarno-bialej. Jak pokazano na rysunku etykieta ma ksztalt prostokata, którego tlo jest w kolorze bialym. W górnej lewej i prawej czesci tla umieszczone sa dane adresowe zglaszajacego w kolorach stalowym i ciemno-czerwonym, natomiast w czesci srodkowej etykiety jest napis „TyroTec uszczelniacz butylowy" w kolorze stalowym. Po lewej stronie napisu „TyroTec uszczelniacz butylowy" jest piktogram zielonej strzalki umieszczonej w okregu, który obramowany jest gruba, czarna linia. Ponizejznajduje sie tekst „Produkt wytwarzany z recyklatu gumowego uzyskanego w wyniku recyklingu opon samochodowych" w kolorze stalowym i zielonym oraz grafika w postaci stylizowanego rysunku czterech opon oraz odcisk protektora opony w kolorze stalowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Etykieta ma ksztalt prostokata, którego tlo jest w kolorze bialym, w górnej lewej i prawej czesci którego umieszczone sa dane adresowe zglaszajacego w kolorach stalowym i ciemno-czerwonym, natomiast w czesci srodkowej etykiety jest napis „TyroTec uszczelniacz butylowy" w kolorze stalowym, po lewej stronie którego jest piktogram zielonej strzalki umieszczonej w okregu, który obramowany jest gruba, czarna linia. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the label, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, color scheme, and the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the colored label from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the same label from the front in black and white. As shown in the drawing, the label is rectangular in shape with a white background. The applicant's address details are located in steel and dark red on the upper left and right sides of the background, while the central part of the label contains the inscription "TyroTec butyl sealant" in steel. To the left of the inscription "TyroTec butyl sealant" there is a pictogram of a green arrow placed in a circle framed by a thick black line. Below this is the text "Product manufactured from recycled rubber obtained from the recycling of car tires" in steel and green, and a graphic in the form of a stylized drawing of four tires and an imprint of a tire protector in steel. Significant features of the industrial design The label is in the shape of a rectangle with a white background, in the upper left and right parts of which there is the applicant's address details in steel and dark red, while in the middle part of the label there is the inscription "TyroTec butyl sealant" in steel, to the left of which there is a pictogram of a green arrow placed in a circle framed by a thick black line.
