Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac etykiety i szczególne walory estetyczne oraz uzytkowe polegajace na uniemozli- wieniu naruszenia bez pozostawienia sladów ingerencji informacji prze- kazywanej przez etykiete. The essence of an industrial design is the original form of the label and its special aesthetic and functional values, consisting in preventing tampering with the information conveyed by the label without leaving any trace of interference. Essential features of an industrial design 1. A label, especially for a car window, is characterized by the fact that it consists of an obverse, a reverse and is divided by a fold line into two parts: the upper "A" and the lower "B", on the obverse in the upper part "A" there is a sticker made of holographic foil with delaminating properties, having on the reverse marked with a perforated line an element constituting a window corresponding in size and shape to the transparent sticker containing information placed in the lower part "B", wherein the window and the sticker with information are placed on the label at a distance enabling precise placement of the sticker in the window on the inner layer of the holographic foil sticker, as shown in 1 to Fig. 3, and illustrations Fig. 4 to Fig. 9. 2. The label, according to the first feature, is characterized in that it has the shape of a polygon, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, and illustration Fig. 4 to Fig. 6. 3.
