STELAZ FOTELA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stelaz fotela przeznaczony do mocowania siedziska. Stelaz z siedziskiem przeznaczony jest do wyposazenia pomieszczen. Nazwa i oryginalna postac stelaza fotela wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wraz z jego odmiana wyraza sie w ksztalcie. The frame with the seat is intended for furnishing rooms. The name and original form of the armchair frame according to the industrial design, along with its variant, are expressed in its shape. The industrial design and its variant are shown in photographs depicting the armchair frame in a perspective view, and in drawings. The armchair frame, which has two lower legs connected by two crossbars, to which the upper parts of the legs are attached with screws, is characterized in that the upper parts of the legs are a reduced copy of the lower legs with oppositely cut ends, as shown in the attached photographs (Fig. 1, Fig. 2) and drawing (Fig. 3). A variant of the armchair frame (Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6) is characterized in that the upper parts of the legs are rotated by 180° relative to the horizontal axis running through their center in relation to the upper parts of the legs shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and drawing Fig. 3, and have oppositely cut ends. The upper parts of the legs are mounted on the underside of the frame.2 The essential features of the industrial design constituting the armchair frame shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and drawing Fig. 3 are characterized in that the upper parts of the legs are a reduced copy of the lower legs with oppositely cut ends. The essential features of the industrial design constituting a variation of the armchair frame shown in photos Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and drawing Fig. 6 are characterized by the fact that the upper parts of the legs are rotated by 180° relative to the horizontal axis running through their center in relation to the upper parts of the legs shown in photos Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and drawing Fig. 3, and the ends are cut in the opposite direction.
