Wiadro Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 26.07.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest wiadro przeznaczone do magazynowania i transportu materialów plynnych lub sypkich. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac wiadra, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wiadro w pólprzekroju, fig. 2 - fragment wiadra w przekroju wzdluz linii A-A na fig. 1, fig. 3 - wiadro w widoku od dolu, fig. 4 - fragment wiadra w przekroju wzdluz linii B-B na fig. 3. Wiadro jak pokazano na rysunku sklada sie z korpusu I, pokrywy 2 i palaka 3. Korpus I w ksztalcie ostroslupa scietego ma powierzchnie boczna 4 zbiezna w kierunku denka 5 z lekko zaokraglonym narozem. Na powierzchni bocznej 4ponizej górnej krawedzi korpusu i znajduje sie wystajacy obwodowy pierscien 6 majacy dwa wystajace uchwyty 7 usytuowane po przeciwnych stronach korpusu i i majace ksztalt odwzorowujacy ksztalt obwodowego pierscienia 6 oraz ma wglebienie 8 zabezpieczone zamknieciem za pomoca plomby 9 w postaci lamliwego paska. Plomba 9 jest oddzielona od obwodowego pierscienia 6 przewezkami 10 i ma na powierzchni zewnetrznej wyrazne tlo w postaci kratki z napisem OPEN. Obwodowy pierscien 6 ma od dolu promieniowe zeberka wzmacniajace H w ksztalcie prostokatnym. Obwodowy pierscien 6 zaopatrzony jest w dwa okragle otwory 12 usytuowane nad wystajacymi uchwytami 7. Srednica wieksza korpusu jest w przyblizeniu o 20 wieksza od jego wysokosci. Pokrywa 2 jest wklesla, zatrzaskowo zamocowana na korpusie I i zabezpieczona przed otwarciem przez osoby niepowolane za pomoca plomby 9. Palak 3 wykonany z drutu okraglego w ksztalcie zblizonym do pólkola ma w czesci •srodkowej obrotowo osadzona rekojesc 13 wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w postaci wydluzonego walca oraz ma lekko zagiete konce osadzone obrotowo w otworach 12. The subject of the ornamental design is a bucket intended for storing and transporting liquid or bulk materials. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the bucket, manifested in its shape. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a half-section of the bucket, Fig. 2 - a fragment of the bucket in cross-section along the line A-A in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 - the bucket in a bottom view, Fig. 4 - a fragment of the bucket in cross-section along the line B-B in Fig. 3. The bucket, as shown in the drawing, consists of a body I, a cover 2 and a bow 3. The body I in the shape of a truncated pyramid has a side surface 4 tapering towards the bottom 5 with a slightly rounded corner. On the lateral surface 4 below the upper edge of the body 1 there is a protruding circumferential ring 6 having two protruding handles 7 located on opposite sides of the body 1 and having a shape resembling the shape of the circumferential ring 6 and a recess 8 secured by a seal 9 in the form of a frangible strip. The seal 9 is separated from the circumferential ring 6 by constrictions 10 and has a distinct grid pattern on its outer surface with the inscription OPEN. The circumferential ring 6 has rectangular radial reinforcing ribs H at the bottom. The circumferential ring 6 is provided with two circular holes 12 located above the protruding handles 7. The major diameter of the body is approximately 20 times greater than its height. The cover 2 is concave, snap-fitted to the body I and secured against unauthorized opening by means of a seal 9. The shackle 3, made of round wire in a shape similar to a semicircle, has in its central part a pivotally mounted handle 13 made of plastic in the form of an elongated cylinder and has slightly bent ends pivotally mounted in holes 12.
