KLAMKA TYP C4 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka typ C4 przeznaczona zwlaszcza do drzwi. Istota wzoru przemyslowego i jego indywidualny charakter przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, strukturze materialu i kompozycji kolorystycznej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, w postaci zbiorczego zestawienia (fig. 1, fig. 2) oraz w postaci 2 odmian na oddzielnych fotografiach: 1-wsza odmiana klamki: fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 2-ga odmiana klamki: fig. 2, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8 Kazda z odmian ma rekojesc w ksztalcie litery L z lagodnie pofalowana czescia chwytna. Calosc wykonana jest z materialu o barwie metalicznej. The essence of the industrial design and its individual character are manifested in the shape, line arrangement, material structure, and color composition. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, as a collective summary (fig. 1, fig. 2) and in two variants in separate photographs: 1st handle variant: fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 2nd handle variant: fig. 2, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8 Each variant has an L-shaped handle with a gently wavy gripping portion. The gripping portion of the handle has an oval cross-section (fig. 5, fig. 8). The lower gripping part of the handle shows a significant inward beveling of the surface. The mounting side of the handle has a circular cross-section (fig. 4, fig. 7). The first variant, with a circular rosette, is shown in photographs fig. 1 and fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5. The variant with an elongated, streamlined plate is shown in photographs fig. 2 and fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8. The essential features of the industrial design are: an L-shaped handle with a gently wavy gripping part. The gripping part of the handle has an oval cross-section (fig. 5, fig. 8). The lower gripping part of the handle shows a significant inward beveling of the surface. The mounting side of the handle has a circular cross-section (fig. 4, fig. 7). The base/rosette is circular (fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5), and the elongated plate has a streamlined shape (fig. 2, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8). The entire piece is made of a metallic-colored material. In the industrial design variant shown in the attached photograph, fig. 1, the handle is L-shaped with a gently undulating gripping section. The gripping section of the handle has an oval cross-section (fig. 5). The lower gripping section of the handle shows a significant inward bevel. The mounting side of the handle has a circular cross-section (fig. 4). The base/rosette is circular. This variant is metallic-colored. In the industrial design handle shown in Fig. 2, the handle is L-shaped with a gently undulating gripping section. The gripping section has an oval cross-section (Fig. 8). The lower gripping section of the handle shows a significant inward bevel. The mounting side of the handle has a circular cross-section (Fig. 7). The escutcheon is elongated with a streamlined shape.
