Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac hustawki wielofunkcyjnej, posiadajacej elementy skladowe nadajace jej nowe walory estetyczne oraz funkcjonalne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, który przedstawia hustawke wielofunkcyjna w widoku perspektywicznym: w opcji fotelika - dla dzieci w wieku od ok. 1 roku do ok. 5 lat - fig. 1, w opcji krzeselka - dla dzieci w wieku od ok. 5 roku do ok. 10 lat - fig. 2 oraz w opcji siedziska - dla wszystkich pozostalych - fig. 3. Depending on the variant, it can be available as a seat for children aged approximately 1 to 5 years, as a highchair for children aged approximately 5 to 10 years, and as a seat for all others. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the multifunctional swing, incorporating components that give it new aesthetic and functional qualities. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, which shows a multifunctional swing in a perspective view: in the seat option - for children from approx. 1 to approx. 5 years of age - fig. 1, in the chair option - for children from approx. 5 to approx. 10 years of age - fig. 2 and in the seat option - for all the remaining ones - fig. 3. The multifunctional swing has components and ropes for its suspension, and an important feature of the industrial design is that it is made in the seat option - for children from approx. 1 to approx. 5 years of age - has a profiled seat 1, a profiled backrest 2, backrest legs 3, backrest handles 4, ropes 7 for hanging the swing, an arc-shaped cutout 6 in the profiled backrest handle 4 and may, but does not have to, have: a railing. front rail 5 and the rope 8 of the front rail 5, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1.
