Tkanina obiciowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina obiciowa, zakardowa, przeznaczona zwlaszcza do mebli tapicerowanych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac tkaniny obiciowej zakardowej, przejawiajaca sie we wzorze tkaniny oraz ukladzie zastosowanych splotów. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na fotografii fig. 1 oraz w postaci próbki fig. 2. Tkanina obiciowa wedlug wzoru utkana jest z przedzy w postaci kombinacji lewo i prawostronnych splotów tworzacych w ten sposób pogrubiony wzór i zmienna kolorystyke i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze tlo w poszczególnych polach utkane jest jako lewostronne, w róznych odcieniach szarosci i róznych splotach melanzowych. Na tym tle utkany jest czarny prawostronny wzór w postaci rozrzuconych figur geometrycznych wzajemnie na siebie zachodzacych, przypominajacych kwadraty o róznej wielkosci, z zaokraglonymi narozami. Wnetrza kwadratów maja wzór nakladajacych sie na siebie pól o ksztalcie kwadratu z zaokraglonymi narozami i wychodzacych z jednego naroznika. Wszystkie elementy czarne wykonane sa jako prawostronne jak pokazano na fig. 1 oraz na fig. 2. Cechy istotne wzoru: Tkanina obiciowa wedlug wzoru utkana jest z przedzy w postaci kombinacji lewo i prawostronnych splotów tworzacych w ten sposób pogrubiony wzór i zmienna kolorystyke i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze tlo w poszczególnych polach utkane jest jako lewostronne, w róznych odcieniach szarosci i róznych splotach melanzowych. Na tym tle utkany jest czarny prawostronny wzór w postaci rozrzuconych figur geometrycznych wzajemnie na siebie zachodzacych, przypominajacych kwadraty o róznej wielkosci, z zaokraglonymi narozami. Wnetrza kwadratów maja wzór nakladajacych sie na siebie pól o ksztalcie kwadratu z zaokraglonymi narozami i wychodzacych z jednego naroznika. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of jacquard upholstery fabric, manifested in the fabric pattern and the arrangement of the weaves used. The design is presented in photograph Fig. 1 and as a sample in Fig. 2. The upholstery fabric, as shown in the design, is woven from yarn in a combination of left- and right-hand weaves, creating a bold pattern and variable color scheme. The background in individual fields is woven as a left-hand weave, in various shades of gray and various melange weaves. A black right-hand pattern is woven against this background, in the form of scattered, overlapping geometric shapes, resembling squares of varying sizes with rounded corners. The interior of the squares has a pattern of overlapping square-shaped fields with rounded corners, emanating from a single corner. All black elements are made as right-handed, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. Key features of the pattern: The upholstery fabric, as shown in the pattern, is woven from yarn in a combination of left- and right-handed weaves, creating a bold pattern and variable color scheme.
