Kask Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest Kask przeznaczony zwlaszcza do ochrony glowy podczas jazdy konnej. Istota wzoru jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru przemyslowego pod tytulem „Kask", nadana poprzez linie i kontury oraz nowa postac przedmiotu ,przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie zewnetrznym . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w którym: fig. 1.1 - przedstawia zdjecie kasku w widoku z przodu, fig. 1.2- przedstawia zdjecie kasku w widoku z boku. fig. 1.3- przedstawia zdjecie kasku w widoku od tylu. Kask przeznaczony zwlaszcza do ochrony glowy podczas jazdy konnej .zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym, posiada ozdobne wstawki, w których zamontowano otwory wentylacyjne o róznych ksztaltach. Kask ma w swojej przedniej czesci zamontowana ozdobna wstawke w formie wydluzonej podkowy, siegajacej do górnej czesci kasku, w której z obu stron umieszczono otwory wentylacyjne w formie zaokraglonych grotów strzal albo stylizowanych glówek gwozdzi przybijanych w podkowe fig. 1.1 oraz fig 1.2. 2. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the industrial design titled "Helmet," given through lines and contours, and a new form of the object, manifested in its external shape. The helmet, designed specifically for head protection while horseback riding, in accordance with the industrial design, has decorative inserts with ventilation holes of various shapes. The helmet has a decorative insert in the form of an elongated horseshoe in its front part, reaching to the upper part of the helmet, in which on both sides there are ventilation holes in the form of rounded arrowheads or stylized nail heads nailed into the horseshoe fig. 1.1 and fig. 1.2. 2.
