Stosowanie zgarniaczy na bębnach wysypowych stwarza duże zagrożenie wypadkowe, ze względu na możliwość wciągnięcia między zgarniacz a bęben pracowników, którzy nieostrożnie, wbrew zakazom, usiłują coś poprawiać w czasie ruchu przenośnika. Zamocowane przegubowo symetryczne skrobaki tarczowe są silniej dociskane podatną krawędzią czyszczącą po zewnętrznej stronie, a słabiej po wewnętrznej (środkowej) części taśmy. The inventive scraper does not have its own drive and can be mounted in any convenient place under the route of the belt conveyor.

Skrobaki tarczowe 1 są zaopatrzone z jednej strony na obwodzie w podatne krawędzie czyszczące 2, które mogą być wykonane z krążków taśmy przenośnikowej. Active scraper for cleaning the conveyor belt, equipped with a scraper with a flexible cleaning edge, characterized by the fact that it consists of two symmetrical disk scrapers (1), on one side provided with flexible cleaning edges (2) on the periphery that rest on the return belt (3) behind the discharge drum (4) of the conveyor, and on the other hand, pivotally mounted on articulated arms (6) set at an obtuse angle on the support frame (7) and elastically supported.
