Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest środek dezynfekcyjny, na bazie związków pochodnych fenoli, zawierający mydło potasowe i środek zapachowy, stosowany w użytkowych roztworach wodnych, zwłaszcza do dezynfekcji sal operacyjnych, pomieszczeń i przedmiotów szpitalnych i sanatoryjnych. The subject of the invention is a disinfectant, based on phenolic derivatives, containing potassium soap and a fragrance, used in usable aqueous solutions, especially for disinfecting operating rooms, hospital and sanatorium rooms and objects.
A disinfectant for operating rooms, hospital and sanatorium rooms and facilities, which contains 2-5% by weight of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt, 10.5-15% by weight of active phenolic compounds in the form of o-phenylphenol, is known from Polish patent description No. 153 366 or a halogen derivative thereof containing 0.5-8.5% by weight of p-tert-amylphenol and 38-40% by weight of potassium soap, with the proviso that the tetrasodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is an alcoholic water solution. Due to the use of 10.5-15% by weight of o-phenylphenol or its halogen derivatives, free hydroxyl groups are present in the solution, significantly accelerating the action of the agent. This agent kills especially the bacteria Staphyloccus aureus and Pseudomas aeruginoso and acts against tuberculosis bacilli. From SOAP / Cosmetics / Chemical Specialties No. 6 of 1980, it is also known that Ethylene Diacetate as a chelating agent is used in bactericides to increase resistance to hard water and to increase the activity of the agent, especially against gram-negative bacteria, since it is itself Ethylene diamine tetraacetate is toxic to some gram-negative strains, such as Pseudomonas, and at the same time, when introduced into the formulation of the agent, it increases the permeability of the bacterial cell wall, which thus becomes highly allergic to the bactericidal component. Unexpectedly, it turned out that at least the same activity of the disinfectant against gram-negative and also gram-positive bacteria can be obtained if ethylenediaminetetraacetate is replaced by sodium gluconate, the physico-chemical properties of which do not allow to conclude that it has a supporting effect on the killer properties of the agent and that this support will be more potent than ethylenediaminetetraacetate. According to the invention, a disinfectant based on phenol derivatives containing potassium soap and a perfume is characterized in that it contains 2-5% by weight of 4-chloro-3-methylphenol, 12-15% by weight of o-phenylphenol, 2-8 wt.% Sodium gluconate.
As the tests and experiments carried out have shown, the agent according to the invention fights the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa already at a use concentration of 1%, Staphylocccus aureus at a concentration of 1.5%. At the same time, it turned out that the agent is highly cleansing and the presence of protein and fatty substances on the surfaces to be disinfected does not weaken the killing properties of the agent according to the invention.
The agent shows full mycobactericidal activity at a use concentration of up to 2%, within 10 minutes. At the same time, the agent has the ability to defeat Herpes viruses within 5 minutes. and this at a use concentration of 2%. In usable aqueous solutions, the agent according to the invention is non-toxic, completely soluble in all ratios with water, it gives clear solutions with a weak, non-irritating odor.
The disinfectant is prepared in two reactors. Ethyl alcohol is introduced into one reactor in an amount of 15 parts by weight, followed by continuous stirring
Ph roztworu wynosi 9,1.3 parts by weight of 4-chloro-3-methylphenol and 13 parts by weight of o-phenylphenol are introduced. The mixing is carried out until the components are completely dissolved, and then the perfume - terpineol in an amount of 1 part by weight is introduced into the reactor while stirring. On the other hand, 50 parts by weight of potassium soap, 10 parts by weight of demineralized water and 5 parts by weight of sodium gluconate are introduced into the second reactor under constant stirring at 50 ° C. The two solutions are then combined with each other while continuously mixing for 90 minutes. The pH of the solution is 9.1.
