Zestaw etykiet Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw etykiet przeznaczonych do wykorzystania na slojach zawierajacych rózne rodzaje dan gotowych. Zestaw etykiet, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, w odmianach wykonania, przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: Odmiana I wykonania etykiety przedstawiona jest na fig.1. Fig.1 przedstawia etykiete w widoku ogólnym, w stanie rozlozonym przed naniesieniem na slój, przeznaczona do Fasolki po bretonsku. Odmiana II wykonania etykiety przedstawiona jest na fig.2. Fig.2 przedstawia etykiete w widoku ogólnym, w stanie rozlozonym przed naniesieniem na slój, przeznaczona do golabków. Odmiana III wykonania etykiety przedstawiona jest na fig.3. Fig.3 przedstawia etykiete w widoku ogólnym, w stanie rozlozonym przed naniesieniem na slój, przeznaczona do klopsików. Odmiana IV wykonania etykiety przedstawiona jest na fig.4. Fig.4 przedstawia etykiete w widoku ogólnym, w stanie rozlozonym przed naniesieniem na slój, przeznaczona do pulpetów.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: 1. Tlo etykiet dan gotowych jest wykonane w kolorystyce czerwono zóltej charakterystycznej dla oznaczania wyrobów ze znakiem towarowym „Pudliszki". 2. Kazda etykieta posiada taki sam rozklad elementów slownych i graficznych. 3. Na kazdej etykiecie, na charakterystycznie wyznaczonym polu, pod logo „Pudliszki" umieszczony jest napis „Domowa spizarnia". 4. Ponizej umieszczona jest nazwa potrawy. 5. Pod nazwa potrawy przedstawiona jest wizualizacja talerza z potrawa. 6. Przy krawedzi talerza umieszczony jest na bialym owalnym tle napis „Przygotowane BEZ KONSERWANTÓW". 7. Z boku etykiety przedstawiony jest regal z pólkami ze slojami symbolizujacy domowa spizarnie. 8. The label set, according to the industrial design, in variants, is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Variation I of the label is shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 1 shows the label in a general view, unfolded before being applied to the jar, intended for Breton fasolka. Variation II of the label is shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows the label in a general view, unfolded before being applied to the jar, intended for cabbage rolls. Variation III of the label is shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows the label in a general view, unfolded before being applied to the jar, intended for meatballs. Variation IV of the label is shown in Fig. 4. Fig. 4 shows a general view of the label, unfolded before being applied to the jar, intended for meatballs.2 The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. The background of the ready-made meal labels is in red and yellow, characteristic of products with the "Pudliszki" trademark. 2. Each label has the same arrangement of verbal and graphic elements. 3. On each label, in a distinctively designated area, under the "Pudliszki" logo, the inscription "Domowa spaniarnia" is placed. 4. Below is the name of the dish. 5. Under the name of the dish, a visualization of a plate with the dish is shown. 6. At the edge of the plate, on a white oval background, is the inscription "Przykonane BEZ PRESERVATÓW" (Prepared WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES). 7. On the side of the label, a shelf with shelves with jars is shown, symbolizing a home pantry. 8.
