Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kleiwo termoplastyczne stosowane do sklejania elementów optycznych przeznaczonych do obróbki mechanicznej, zwłaszcza do cięcia przy użyciu chłodziw olejowych w postaci emulsji lub roztworów wodnych. The subject of the invention is a thermoplastic adhesive used for bonding optical elements to be machined, in particular for cutting with oil coolants in the form of emulsions or aqueous solutions.
Thermoplastic adhesives in the form of tars or sticker waxes are known in the optical industry, which, due to their lack of resistance to cooling liquids, cannot be used for gluing optical elements to be machined.
Thermoplastic adhesives in the form of organic cement are known, based on natural resins with the addition of a plasticizer and fillers. The disadvantage of the known type A46 organic cement is the lack of solubility in the available solvents and the necessity to wash it off the optical elements after cutting with alkaline solutions (NaaCOe, Na3PO4) or sodium base solution. It is a technologically troublesome process that requires a heating station that allows the elements to be glued together by boiling them in the above-mentioned solutions. In addition, the solutions used are corrosive and are hazardous to handling, and require careful sticking due to the possibility of etching the surface of some types of glass.
Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie kleiwa termoplastycznego opartego o dostępne surowce krajowe eliminującego wady znanych materiałów.The aim of the invention is to develop a thermoplastic adhesive based on available domestic raw materials, eliminating the disadvantages of known materials.
Istota wynalazku polega na tym, że kleiwo termoplastyczne zawiera do 50% wagowych żywicy syntetycznej fenolowo-formaldehydowej typu nowolakowego, do 30% wagowych kalafonii, 1025% wagowych zmiękczacza syntetycznego, korzystnie ftalanu dwubutylu oraz do 35% wagowych napełniaczy, korzystnie kaolinu i talku. The essence of the invention is that the thermoplastic adhesive contains up to 50% by weight of a novolak-type phenol-formaldehyde synthetic resin, up to 30% by weight of rosin, 10-25% by weight of a synthetic plasticizer, preferably dibutyl phthalate, and up to 35% by weight of fillers, preferably kaolin and talc.
The advantage of the solution according to the invention is good mechanical strength of the glued elements, good solubility in acetone and ethyl alcohol contaminated with ethyl ether and resistance to oil coolants. The adhesive according to the invention is characterized by a melting point within the lower limits of the required temperatures of 90-100 ° C, thus avoiding the need for excessive heating of the glass elements during gluing. The adhesive is easily washable from optical elements without the need to heat it in aggressive solutions.
