Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie ksztalcie, postac boku mebla tapicerowanego skladajacego sie dwóch bryl zblizonych do prostopadloscianów: bryly dolnej i bryly górnej. Bryla górna ma krawedz podstawy obwiedziona metalowym pretem, natomiast bryla dolna ma nieznacznie wieksza plaszczyzne podstawy od bryly górnej. Bryla dolna ma niewielkie wybrzuszenia boczne. W poblizu krawedzi obu bryl wykonane zostaly ozdobne stebnowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia obraz czesci kanapy z bokiem, natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia szkic boku mebla tapicerowanego. The side of an upholstered piece of furniture, known from industrial design no. 14765, is a uniform shape with a wavy upper edge. The side of an upholstered piece, known from industrial design no. 14766, is a uniform shape that transforms into a cylinder in the upper part. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the side of an upholstered piece of furniture, consisting of two shapes resembling cuboids: a lower shape and an upper shape. The upper shape has a base edge surrounded by a metal rod, while the lower shape has a slightly larger base plane than the upper shape. The lower shape has slight lateral bulges. Decorative stitching was applied near the edges of both shapes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows an image of part of the sofa with a side panel, while Fig. 2 shows a sketch of the side panel of an upholstered piece of furniture. Features of the relevant industrial design: - the side panel consists of two shapes similar to cuboids: a lower shape 1, and an upper shape 2. - upper shape 2 has a base edge surrounded by a metal rod 3; - lower shape 1 has a slightly larger base plane than the base of shape 2; - lower shape 1 has slight lateral bulges; - decorative stitching was applied near the edges of both shapes 4.
