Na dolnej powierzchni podstawy wykonane jest uzebrowanie wzmacniajace, które po zewnetrznym obwodzie jest szerokie i laczy sie ze wzmocnieniami wykonanymi wokól otworów na metalowe elementy karuzeli, dodatkowe kolowe szerokie zebro jest w niewielkiej odleglosci od kolowego otworu pod stope kierownicy, który jest wzmocniony zebrem obwodowym. Ponadto wykonane sa zebra wzmacniajace wzdluz promieni biegnace od otworu pod stope kierownicy do otworów na metalowe elementy montazowe karuzeli, które polaczone sa prostymi zebrami w siec przypominajace siec pajecza. Pedal w postaci wydluzonego prostokata, którego dwa krótsze boki sa pólokregami. Górna powierzchnia pedalu po obwodzie ma uzebrowanie wzmacniajace w postaci wystajacego do góry obramowania o zaokraglonej krawedzi, a wewnatrz obramowania, na calej powierzchni plytki ma wykonana fakture antyposlizgowa. Ponadto ma cztery rozmieszczone symetrycznie, otwory pod sruby montazowe. Pedal przeznaczony jest do urzadzen silowni na terenach zewnetrzych i wewnetrznych typu: stepper, orbiter, wahadlo, biegacz, i in. Zaleta zestawu elementów wyposazenia placów zabaw wykonanych z tworzyw sztucznych jest ich trwalosc i bardzo duza odpornosc na warunki atmosferyczne. Wykonanie wszystkich elementów o zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach podnosi bezpieczenstwo i eliminuje narazenie bawiacych sie dzieci na urazy. The subject of the industrial design is a set of playground equipment elements made of plastic intended to replace the wooden elements that are less weather-resistant. Familiar playground equipment elements, such as carousel seats, rocking chairs, and ladder steps, are made of cut wooden boards with rounded corners. The subject of the design is shown in the collective drawing, which shows a single carousel seat, a rectangular carousel seat, an arc-shaped carousel seat, a rocking chair seat, a mounting ring for the wheeled carousel handlebar, elements of the wheeled carousel seat, a base for the wheeled carousel and a pedal, and also the photographs in fig. 1 - a single carousel seat in a top and bottom view, fig. 2 - a rectangular carousel seat in a top and bottom view, fig. 3 - an arc-shaped carousel seat, fig. 4 - a rocking chair seat in a top and bottom view, fig. 5 - a mounting ring for the wheeled carousel handlebar, fig. 6 - elements of the wheeled carousel seat in a top and bottom view, fig. 7 - a base for the wheeled carousel in a top and bottom view, and Fig. 8 - Pedal view from above and below. The model consists of a single carousel seat, a rectangular carousel seat, an arc-shaped carousel seat, a rocking seat, a carousel mounting ring, seat components for a circular carousel, a circular carousel base, and a pedal. The single seat for a three-person carousel is made in the form of a plate closed on both sides by symmetrical arcs. The upper surface of the seat has a perimeter frame with a rounded edge, and the inside of the frame, along the entire surface of the plate, has an anti-slip texture. The lower surface of the seat features reinforcing ribs. This rib is located along the edge edges, as well as one longitudinal rib and three short ribs perpendicular to the longitudinal rib. At the intersection of the two extreme short ribs with the longitudinal rib, there are reinforcements in the form of circular projections for mounting screws. A rectangular seat for a four-person carousel, made as a rectangular plate with rounded corners. The upper surface of the rectangular seat has a perimeter frame with a rounded edge, and inside the frame, the entire surface of the plate has an anti-slip texture. The lower surface of the seat features reinforcing ribs. This rib is located along the outer edges, as well as one longitudinal rib and two short ribs perpendicular to the longitudinal rib. The short ribs have holes for mounting screws, surrounded by reinforcements in the form of circular projections. A gently arched carousel seat is made of a plate with rounded corners. The upper surface of the step has a perimeter frame with a rounded edge, and inside the frame, the entire surface of the plate is covered with an anti-slip texture. The lower surface of the seat features reinforcing ribs. This rib runs along the edges and also has one wide longitudinal rib and three short ribs perpendicular to the longitudinal rib. At the intersection of the two outermost short ribs with the longitudinal rib, the longitudinal rib has mounting screw holes. The rocking chair seat is made in the form of a rectangle, with two sides arcing into an isosceles trapezoid ending with a smaller base. Symmetrically, circular cutouts are made at the smaller base and on the opposite side of the rectangle for the rocking chair's metal components. Furthermore, cutouts are made in the side edges of the seat for the child's legs while rocking. The upper surface of the seat has a perimeter frame with a rounded edge, and inside the frame, the entire surface of the plate is covered with an anti-slip texture. The lower surface of the seat features reinforcing ribs. This rib runs along the edges, as well as one wide longitudinal rib and short ribs perpendicular to the longitudinal rib. The wide longitudinal rib is wider than the diameter of the circular cutouts, and the rib also contains holes for mounting screws. The carousel's mounting ring is made in the form of a conical sleeve with a rounded-off annular collar. The carousel's seat components are made in the form of a plate shaped like ring segments arranged into an open ring, the outermost elements of which are closed with half-ovals at the ends. The upper surface of the seat elements has a perimeter frame with a rounded edge, and inside the frame, the entire surface of the plate is covered with an anti-slip texture. The lower surface of the seat features reinforcing ribs. This rib is located along the edge edges, as well as one longitudinal rib and three short ribs perpendicular to the longitudinal rib. At the intersection of the two outermost short ribs with the longitudinal rib, the closed end of the half-round has a circular projection for a mounting screw. At all ends of the contacting elements, the short rib has two circular projections for two mounting screws. The base of the circular carousel is a plate with an anti-slip texture on its upper surface. Six holes for the carousel's metal mounting elements are symmetrically and close to the edge of the plate. A circular hole for the carousel's steering wheel base is provided in the center of the wheel. The lower surface of the base features a wide, externally circumferential reinforcement rib that connects to the reinforcements around the holes for the carousel's metal components. An additional wide circular rib is located close to the circular hole for the steering wheel base, which is reinforced by a circumferential rib. Furthermore, radial reinforcement ribs run from the hole for the steering wheel base to the holes for the carousel's metal mounting elements, which are connected by straight ribs in a spiderweb-like pattern. The pedal is an elongated rectangle, the two shorter sides of which are semicircles. The pedal's upper surface features a reinforcing ribbed perimeter in the form of a protruding, rounded-edge frame. The inside of the frame features an anti-slip texture across the entire surface of the plate. It also has four symmetrically placed mounting screw holes. The pedal is designed for outdoor and indoor gym equipment such as steppers, orbiters, pendulums, runners, and others. The advantage of a set of playground equipment components made of plastic is their durability and very high resistance to weather conditions. The use of rounded corners and edges on all components increases safety and eliminates the risk of injury to children playing. A significant feature of the industrial design is that the playground equipment components are made of plastic, with a rounded-edge frame around the perimeter, and the entire surface inside the frame features an anti-slip texture. All elements are additionally reinforced with ribbing made around the circumference and with narrow and wide longitudinal ribs, transverse and radial ribs and transverse ribs, moreover, the mounting holes are reinforced in the form of projections or are made on a wide longitudinal rib.
