Uchwyt meblowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 19 czerwca 2000 r. Pierwszenstwo: 20 grudnia 1999 r. /Austria/ Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest uchwyt meblowy. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu meblowego, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego w dwóch odmianach jest uwidoczniony, na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 do 4 przedstawiaja pierwsza odmiane uchwytu meblowego w tym: fig. 1 uchwyt w widoku z góry; fig. 2 - w widoku z jednego wezszego boku; fig. 3 - w widoku od strony dluzszego boku; fig. 4 - w widoku z drugiego wezszego boku; fig. 5 do 9 - druga odmiane wykonania, w tym:fig. 5 - w widoku z góry; fig. 6 - w widoku z jednego wezszego boku; fig. 7 - w widoku od strony dluzszego boku; fig. 8 - w widoku z drugiego wezszego boku; fig. 9 - w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug pierwszej odmiany wykonania wzoru, pokazanej na fig. 1 do 4, ma korpus z eliptyczna powierzchnia górna w której znajduje sie umieszczona centralnie eliptyczna wkladka. Korpus zweza sie ku dolowi, w kierunku podstawy, przy czym w obszarze dwóch dluzszych boków eliptycznej powierzchni zarys zwezenia przebiega wzdluz linii w przyblizeniu prostej, jak to pokazuja fig. 2 i 4, a w obszarze dwóch krótszych boków powierzchni eliptycznej wzdluz linii wkleslej, uwidocznionej z lewej i prawej strony, na fig. 3. Wkladka uchwytu moze byc lekko zaglebiona, a kolor i uksztaltowanie powierzchni korpusu i wkladki rózne. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug drugiej odmiany wykonania wzoru, pokazanej na fig. 5 do 9, ma korpus z eliptyczna powierzchnia górna w której znajduje sie umieszczona centralnie eliptyczna wkladka. Korpus zweza sie ku dolowi, w kierunku podstawy, przy czym w obszarze dwóch dluzszych boków powierzchni eliptycznej, zarys zwezenia przebiega wzdluz linii w przyblizeniu prostej, jak to pokazuja fig. 6 i 8, a w obszarze dwóch krótszych boków powierzchni eliptycznej wzdluz linii wkleslej, uwidocznionej z lewej i prawej strony, na fig. 7. Dolna strona korpusu ma ksztalt elipsy, przy czym w obszarze krótszych luków elipsy korpus ma po stronie spodniej wyciete wybrania, przedstawione na fig. 6, 8 i 9. Wkladka uchwytu moze byc lekko zaglebiona, a kolor i uksztaltowanie powierzchni korpusu i wkladki rózne. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a furniture handle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design in two varieties is shown in the attached drawings, in which: figs. 1 to 4 show the first variety of the furniture handle, including: fig. 1 the handle in top view; fig. 2 - view from one narrower side; fig. 3 - view from the longer side; fig. 4 - view from the other narrower side; figs. 5 to 9 - second variant of execution, including: fig. 5 - top view; fig. 6 - view from one narrower side; Fig. 7 - view from the longer side; Fig. 8 - view from the second, narrower side; Fig. 9 - view from below. The furniture handle according to the first variant of the design, shown in Figs. 1 to 4, has a body with an elliptical upper surface in which a centrally located elliptical insert is located. The body tapers downwards towards the base, wherein in the area of the two longer sides of the elliptical surface the outline of the tapering runs along an approximately straight line, as shown in Figs. 2 and 4, and in the area of the two shorter sides of the elliptical surface along a concave line, shown on the left and right in Fig. 3. The insert of the handle may be slightly recessed, and the color and shape of the surfaces of the body and insert may vary. The furniture handle according to the second variant of the design, shown in Figs. 5 to 9, has a body with an elliptical upper surface containing a centrally located elliptical insert. The body tapers downwards towards the base, wherein in the area of the two longer sides of the elliptical surface, the narrowing outline runs along an approximately straight line, as shown in Figs. 6 and 8, and in the area of the two shorter sides of the elliptical surface, along a concave line, shown on the left and right in Fig. 7. The lower side of the body is in the shape of an ellipse, wherein in the area of the shorter arcs of the ellipse, the body has cut-out recesses on the underside, shown in Figs. 6, 8, and 9. The insert of the handle may be slightly recessed, and the color and shape of the body and insert surfaces may vary.
