PISTOLET ZRASZAJACY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pistolet zraszajacy przeznaczony do mocowa- nia zwlaszcza na koncówce weza ogrodowego poprzez zlaczke. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pistoletu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i kolorystyce nadajacych pistoletowi nowy i indywidualny charakter. Pistolet oprócz walorów uzytkowych, umozliwiajacych obsluge jedna dlonia, która trzyma pistoletowa rekojesc i dodatkowo w zaleznosci od potrzeby uruchamia kciukiem spust wyplywu, zawiera walory estetyczne charakterystyczne dla wzornictwa przemyslowe- go, komponujac stylowo z otoczeniem, w którym jest wykorzystywany. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia pistolet zraszajacy w widoku z boku, a Fig. 2 - pistolet zrasza- jacy w widoku od tylu z pokazaniem uksztaltowania powierzchni tylnej czesci rekojesci. Pistolet zraszajacy, zbudowany z korpusu majacego rekojesc z dolnym króccem doply- wowym, a w górnej czesci majacy lufowy wyplyw z dysza, a ponadto wyposazony w sterujacy spust, ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze rekojesc ma przednie mocno zarysowane wyzlobienia palcowe na ciemnej powierzchni, natomiast tylna czesc rekojesci ma powierzchnie koloru jasnego, na której jest rowek o zarysie gruszki, a w jej wnetrzu sa cztery równolegle wzgledem siebie liniowe rowki, a ponadto w górnej tylnej czesci rekojesci usytuowany jest sterujacy spust w ksztalcie luku koloru jasnego obejmujacego tylna czesc lufowego wyplywu majacego z przodu regulacyjno-obrotowa dysze koloru ciemnego. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the spray gun, manifested in its shape and color scheme, giving the gun a new and individual character. In addition to its functional qualities, allowing for one-handed operation by holding the pistol-shaped handle and, as needed, by activating the trigger with the thumb, the gun also possesses aesthetic qualities characteristic of industrial design, stylishly blending into the environment in which it is used. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the spray gun from the side, and Fig. 2 shows the spray gun from the rear, showing the surface contour of the rear part of the handle. The spray gun, consisting of a body with a handle with a lower inlet connector, and a barrel-shaped outlet with a nozzle in the upper part, and further equipped with a control trigger, has significant industrial design features, characterized in that the handle has a front, strongly outlined finger grooves on a dark surface, while the rear part of the handle has a light-colored surface with a pear-shaped groove and four parallel linear grooves inside it. Furthermore, in the upper rear part of the handle is a control trigger in the shape of a light arc, encompassing the rear part of the barrel-shaped outlet with a dark-colored regulating and rotating nozzle in the front.
