KLAMKA TYP D3 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka typ D3 przeznaczona zwlaszcza do drzwi. Istota wzoru przemyslowego i jego indywidualny charakter przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, strukturze materialu i kompozycji kolorystycznej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii w 2 widokach perspektywicznych (fig. 1, fig. 2). Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa: rekojesc dwu-elementowa, gdzie (jak pokazano na fotografii fig. 1) dluzsza czesc jest wyraznie splaszczona i w przekroju przypomina ksztalt „lyzeczki". Krótsza czesc rekojesci mocowana do podstawy (rozety okraglej przypominajacej ksztalt kola) wystepuje w przekroju scietego stozka, na wierzcholek którego nawinieta jest dluzsza czesc chwytna. Dluzsza czesc chwytna pokryta jest charakterystycznym zdobieniem materialu w postaci nieregularnych naciec przypominajacych „szczeble", jak przedstawia fotografia fig. 2. Calosc wykonana jest z materialu o barwie metalicznej.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLTYPE D3 DOOR HANDLE The subject of the industrial design is a type D3 door handle, intended primarily for doors. The essence of the industrial design and its individual character are manifested in the shape, line arrangement, material structure, and color composition. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph in two perspective views (fig. 1, fig. 2). The essential features of the industrial design are: a two-element handle, where (as shown in photo fig. 1) the longer part is clearly flattened and in cross-section resembles a "spoon." The shorter part of the handle, attached to the base (a round rosette resembling a circle), has a truncated cone cross-section, with the longer gripping part wound around its apex. The longer gripping part is covered with a characteristic material decoration in the form of irregular cuts resembling "rungs", as shown in photo Fig. 2.
