Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac urzadzenia uruchamiajacego do drzwi i bram przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, powierzchni -i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie uruchamiajace do drzwi i bram w pierwszej odmianie wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - urzadzenie zfig. 1 w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - urzadzenie w drugiej odmianie wzoru w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - urzadzenie z fig. 3 w widoku z góry. Urzadzenie uruchamiajace do drzwi i bram w pierwszej odmianie wzoru jest trójwymiarowym elementem o jednakowej grubosci i dwóch powierzchniach bocznych. Kazda powierzchnia boczna posiada dwie krawedzie proste i prostopadle do siebie polaczone zaokraglona krawedzia lukowa. Fragment górnej tylnej czesci urzadzenia jest oddzielnie zaznaczony i w widoku z boku ma ksztalt kolowego wycinka odcietego cieciwa. Na górnej powierzchni oddzielnie zaznaczonego fragmentu znajduje sie kilka kolistych wglebien. Z powierzchni tylnej, przy krawedzi dolnej urzadzenia wystaja trzy elementy o zasadniczo cylindrycznym ksztalcie. Na powierzchni bocznej urzadzenia w narozniku pomiedzy prostopadlymi do siebie krawedziami znajduje sie duze koliste wglebienie. Boczna powierzchnia w poziomie jest podzielona na czesc górna i dolna. W czesci dolnej znajduje sie wiele malych wglebien o zróznicowanych ksztaltach, jak przestawiono na zalaczonym rysunku. Urzadzenie uruchamiajace do drzwi i bram w drugiej odmianie wzoru jest trówymiarowym elementem o jednakowej grubosci i dwóch powierzchniach bocznych. Kazda powierzchnia boczna posiada dwie krawedzie proste i prostopadle do siebie polaczone zaokraglona krawedzia lukowa. Fragment górnej tylnejczesci urzadzenia jest oddzielnie zaznaczony i w widoku z boku ma ksztalt kolowego wycinka odcietego cieciwa. Na górnej powierzchni oddzielnie zaznaczonego fragmentu znajduje sie stylizowany napis. Z powierzchni tylnej urzadzenia wystaja dwa cienkie, podluzne elementy o ksztalcie prostokatnym w widoku z góry. Na powierzchni bocznej urzadzenia w narozniku pomiedzy prostopadlymi do siebie krawedziami znajduje sie duzy kolisty element z czterma pólkolistymi malymi elementami, wystajacymi z obwodu duzego elementu kolistego i równomiernie rozlozonymi wzdluz tego obwodu. The essence of the design is a new form of the actuator for doors and gates, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, surface, and color. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the actuator for doors and gates in the first design variant in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the device from Fig. 1 in a side view, Fig. 3 - the device from Fig. 3 in a side view, Fig. 4 - the device from Fig. 3 in a top view. The actuator for doors and gates in the first design variant is a three-dimensional element with equal thickness and two side surfaces. Each lateral surface has two straight edges, each perpendicularly connected by a rounded arc. A section of the upper rear part of the device is separately marked and, in a side view, has the shape of a circular sector cut off by a chord. Several circular recesses are located on the upper surface of the separately marked section. Three essentially cylindrical elements protrude from the rear surface, near the lower edge of the device. On the lateral surface of the device, in the corner between the perpendicular edges, there is a large circular recess. The horizontal lateral surface is divided into upper and lower sections. The lower section has many small recesses of varying shapes, as shown in the attached drawing. The door and gate actuator in the second design variant is a three-dimensional element of equal thickness and two lateral surfaces. Each side surface has two straight edges, each perpendicularly connected by a rounded arc. A section of the upper rear part of the device is separately marked and, in a side view, has the shape of a circular sector cut off by a chord. A stylized inscription is located on the upper surface of the separately marked section. Two thin, elongated elements, rectangular in shape in a top view, protrude from the rear surface of the device. On the side surface of the device, in the corner between the perpendicular edges, there is a large circular element with four smaller semicircular elements, protruding from the circumference of the larger circular element and evenly distributed along this circumference. Each small semicircular element has a circular hole in its center, while the large circular element has a circular ring in its center.
