Istota wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac ramy wiertniczej dotyczaca jej ksztaltu i budowy i przeznaczona jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej.The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the drill frame in terms of its shape and construction and is intended to be recreated in industrial production.
Konstrukcja ramy wiertniczej bedacej przedmiotem zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego jest calkowicie nowym i prototypowym rozwiazaniem.The construction of the drilling frame, which is the subject of the industrial design application, is a completely new and prototype solution.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny ramy wiertniczej od strony ostrogi ochronnej, fig. 2 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny ramy wiertniczej od strony wózka bebna przewodów hydraulicznych, fig. 3 przedstawia widok fragmentu ramy wiertniczej w miejscu posadowienia wózka centralizatora, a fig. 4 przedstawia widok fragmentu ramy wiertniczej w miejscu posadowienia skrajnej ostrogi ochronnej.The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the drill frame from the side of the protective groyne, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the drill frame from the side of a drum carriage for hydraulic lines, Fig. 3 shows a fragment of the drill frame at the installation site. the centralizer carriage, and Fig. 4 shows a fragmentary view of the drilling frame at the location of the extreme protective groyne.
Rama wiertnicza dwuczlonowej maszyny górniczej zawiera belke prowadnicza 1, wózek wiertarki 2 oraz wózek bebna przewodów hydraulicznych 3, a cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze belka prowadnicza 1 wykonana jest z ksztaltownika o przekroju otwartym, wewnatrz którego zamocowany jest cylinder posuwu 4. Cylinder posuwu 4 polaczony jest w swojej czesci wysuwnej z wózkiem centralizatora 5 oraz z rolka liny posuwu 6 bedacej napedem wózka wiertarki 2. Wózek bebna przewodów hydraulicznych 3 polaczony jest z cylindrem posuwu 4.The drilling frame of the two-piece mining machine includes a guide bar 1, a drill carriage 2 and a drum carriage for hydraulic lines 3, and an important feature of the industrial design is that the guide bar 1 is made of an open section form, inside which a feed cylinder 4 is mounted. 4 is connected in its withdrawable part with the centralizer carriage 5 and with the feed rope roller 6, which is the drive of the drill carriage 2. The hydraulic conduit drum trolley 3 is connected with the feed cylinder 4.
Centralizatory 7 sa elementami ustalajacymi zerdzi wiertniczej 8, a ich budowa pozwala na latwa ich wymiane w trakcie eksploatacji. Centralizatory 7 posiadaja odpowiednio wyprofilowane otwory, które umozliwiaja wsuniecie w nie tuleje wiertarki oraz koronke zerdzi 8, co umozliwia wiercenie dluzszych otworów przez samojezdna dwuczlonowa maszyne górnicza w stosunku do rozwiazan tradycyjnych. Ostroga 9 zapewnia stabilizacje ramy podczas wiercenia oraz chroni koronke zerdzi przed zniszczeniem, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.1, fig.2, fig.3 oraz fig.4. The centralizers 7 are the positioning elements of the drill rod 8, and their construction allows for their easy replacement during operation. The centralizers 7 have appropriately profiled holes, which enable the drill bushings to be inserted into them and the drill bit bit 8, which enables the drilling of longer holes by a self-propelled two-piece mining machine compared to traditional solutions. The spur 9 provides stabilization of the frame during drilling and protects the pin crown from damage, as shown in the attached figures 1, 2, 3 and 4.
