Pierwsza to wersja jednorazowego uzytku (chociaz niekoniecznie, gdyz sama przetestowalam ja osobiscie i wielokrotnie i nie ulegla zniszczeniu). Wykonana jest z materialu znanego pod nazwa fizelina, we wszystkich dostepnych kolorach, opatrzonego w rzepy, które umozliwiaja estetyczne przyleganie calosci ochraniacza do buta w celu jego zabezpieczenia. Druga odmiana wykonana jest ze skóry. Jest to wersja wielokrotnego uzytku, elegancka, z kobiecymi modnymi dodatkami stanowiaca swojego rodzaju ozdobe buta. The subject of the industrial design is protection and safeguarding of the heel (of any height and thickness) and the heel of the shoe from damage while driving. My offer is directed primarily to women (but also men) concerned about their footwear with various heels (block heels, cowboy boots, glasses, and, of course, stilettos) regardless of height. The protectors are intended to ensure that the wearer's heel and back of their shoes remain intact throughout every car journey, thus replacing an additional pair of shoes carried as a change. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration. Fig. 1 shows the design in its first form. Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 show the application of the design in its first form. Fig. 5 shows the design in its second form (the protector fitted to the shoe). I've created two varieties of women's shoe protectors. The first is a single-use version (though not necessarily, as I've personally tested it many times and it hasn't failed). It's made of a material known as interlining, available in all available colors, and features Velcro straps that allow the entire protector to aesthetically adhere to the shoe for protection. The second variety is made of leather. This is a reusable, elegant version with fashionable feminine details that adorn the shoe. The second variety has the same shape as the first and is complemented by appliqués. The protector (both the first and second varieties) is a single piece, as shown in the drawing and photos. The protector is available in a universal size, and the Velcro strap adjusts to ensure a perfect fit. The first version doesn't need to be divided into right and left versions, as the same protector can fit both shoes. The second version is a design with two mirror-image protectors. Essential features of the industrial design: - The first version of the protector can be made of non-woven fabric or other synthetic materials. The second version can be made of leather, leather-like materials, elastic, plastic, or other durable impregnated materials. The material, color, and embellishments are the result of the designer's own creative imagination.
