Zespól kratki i ramki Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zespól kratki i ramki przeznaczony do zamkniecia kanalu, stosowany w jezdniach dróg (wlaczajac ciagi piesze), utwardzonych poboczach i strefach parkowania. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu zespolu kratki i ramki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny zespolu, fig. 2 zespól w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 zespól w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 zespól w widoku z góry, fig. 5 zespól w widoku z dolu, fig. 6 zespól w widoku z lewej strony, fig. 7 zespól w widoku z prawej. posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac dysku z nieregularnymi otworami, w którym centralnie osadzona jest prostopadloscienna kratka, która w widoku z góry ma wiele prostokatnych otworów usytuowanych w poziomych i pionowych rzedach, natomiast w widoku z dolu pole kratki podzielone jest na trzy segmenty: segment srodkowy z otworem przeslonietym czesciowo zebrami, oraz dwa symetryczne wzgledem siebie segmenty zewnetrzne, z których kazdy ma jeden bok lukowaty. Ponadto, w widoku z przodu i tylu znajduja sie dwie trójkatne „podpory", przy czym kazda ma jeden bok polaczony z dyskiem i jeden bok polaczony z kratka, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig. 1 do fig. 7. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the grille and frame assembly. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the assembly, Fig. 2 shows the assembly in front view, Fig. 3 shows the assembly in rear view, Fig. 4 shows the assembly in top view, Fig. 5 shows the assembly in bottom view, Fig. 6 shows the assembly in left-side view, and Fig. 7 shows the assembly in right-side view. It has the following essential features: it has the form of a disc with irregular holes, in which a rectangular grid is centrally mounted. In a top view, it has a plurality of rectangular holes arranged in horizontal and vertical rows, while in a bottom view, the grid field is divided into three segments: a central segment with an opening partially covered by ribs, and two outer segments symmetrical with respect to each other, each of which has one arc-shaped side. Furthermore, in the front and back views, there are two triangular "supports", each of which has one side connected to the disc and one side connected to the grid, as shown in the attached illustration, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
