Zelbetowy blok prefabrykowany Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zelbetowy blok prefabrykowany do murów oporowych z gruntu zbrojonego. Zelbetowy blok prefabrykowany przeznaczony jest do oblicowania konstrukcji oporowych z geosyntetyków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok z góry, Fig. 2 - widok z boku, Fig. 3 - widok z przodu prefabrykowanego bloku zelbetowego. Sklada sie z elementu licowego [1] oraz dwóch prostopadlych do niego zeber [2] oraz czterech petli mocujacych geosyntetyk [3]. Element licowy o wysokosci 80cm i szerokosci 120cm posiada sfrezowane krawedzie, grubosc tego elementu wynosi 12cm, moze byc wykonany z faktura powierzchniowa lub bez. Zebra maja wysokosc 80cm, szerokosc 35cm i grubosc 10cm, moga posiadac otwory zmniejszajace mase bloku. Wymiary otworów to 15x15cm. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to uksztaltowanie elementu licowego oraz umiejscowienie petli mocujacych geosyntetyk, umozliwiajace zamocowanie dwóch warstw geosyntetyku w rozstawie pionowym równym 40cm.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPrecast Reinforced Concrete Block. The industrial design is for a precast reinforced concrete block for reinforced soil retaining walls. The precast reinforced concrete block is intended for facing geosynthetic retaining structures. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a top view, Fig. 2 a side view, and Fig. 3 a front view of the precast reinforced concrete block. It consists of a facing element [1] and two perpendicular ribs [2] and four geosynthetic fastening loops [3]. The facing element, 80 cm high and 120 cm wide, has milled edges, is 12 cm thick, and can be textured or plain. The ribs are 80 cm high, 35 cm wide, and 10 cm thick and may have holes to reduce the block's weight. The opening dimensions are 15x15cm. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape of the facing element and the location of the geosynthetic fastening loops, enabling the attachment of two geosynthetic layers at a vertical spacing of 40cm.
