Pokretlo dekoracyjne Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokretlo dekoracyjne, które znajduje zastosowanie w prostych pojazdach, zwlaszcza w wózkach dzieciecych. Nowo opracowany i zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1 oraz fig. 1 a, natomiast fig. 2 i fig. 2a - przedstawiaja kolejna postac wzoru, który stanowi pokretlo dekoracyjne z elementem wypelniajacym i z umieszczonymi na nim strzalkami. Na ilustracji fig. 1 i fig. 2 przedstawiono wzór i jego odmiane w widoku z góry, natomiast na ilustracjach fig. 1 a i fig. 2a - przedstawiono wzór i jego odmiane w widoku perspektywicznym. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) pokretlo dekoracyjne - fig. 1 i fig. 1 a, 2) pokretlo dekoracyjne z elementem wypelniajacym i ze strzalkami - fig. 2 i fig. 2a. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracjach fig. 1 i fig. 1 a - pokretla dekoracyjnego, jest to, ze: — stanowi je element przypominajacy swym ksztaltem splaszczona z jednej strony opone, która od strony srodkowego otworu posiada obwodowe niewielkie pierscieniowate zaglebienie, przy czym — w powierzchni tego elementu widoczne sa rozlozone równomiernie i promieniscie po obwodzie, niezbyt glebokie zaglebienia, które wykonane sa przy zewnetrznym obrysie tego elementu, przy czym kazde z tych zaglebien ma ksztalt przypominajacy pólkole, którego lukowaty brzeg skierowany jest do srodka. The subject of the industrial design is a decorative knob that is used in simple vehicles, particularly strollers. The newly developed industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figures 1 and 1a, while Figures 2 and 2a show another form of the design, which consists of a decorative knob with a filler element and arrows placed on it. Figures 1 and 2 show the design and its variant from a top view, while Figures 1a and 2a show the design and its variant from a perspective view. List of industrial design variants: 1) decorative knob - Figures 1 and 1a, 2) decorative knob with a filler element and arrows - Figures 2 and 2a. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a - a decorative knob, is that: - it consists of an element resembling a tire flattened on one side, which has a small, annular recess around the circumference of the central hole, and - in the surface of this element there are visible evenly distributed, radially around the circumference, not very deep recesses, which are made at the outer contour of this element, each of these recesses having a shape resembling a semicircle, the arcuate edge of which is directed towards the center. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a - a decorative knob with a filling element and arrows - is that:- 2 - — it consists of an element resembling a tire flattened on one side, which has a small, annular recess around the circumference of the central hole, wherein — the surface of this element shows evenly distributed, radially around the circumference, not very deep recesses made at the outer contour of this element, wherein each of these recesses has a shape resembling a semicircle, the arcuate edge of which points inwards. — on each of the two adjacent recesses, an arrow arranged essentially horizontally is visible, wherein — these arrows have opposite directions in relation to each other; — the center of the knob is filled - closing its central hole, as it were - by a slightly convex central element, on the circumference of which a ring-shaped overhang is visible.
