Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia noge meblowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - te sama noge w widoku z boku, fig.3 - te sama noge w widoku z góry, fig.4 - te sama noge w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz lini A-A, a fig.5- te sama noge w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii B-B na fig.2. Noge meblowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi rurowy, pionowy element walcowy, którego górny koniec zakonczony jest powierzchnia kulista, a dolny plaski koniec zaopatrzony jest w stopke tworzywowa, przy czym w jego poblizu walcowy element na swej powierzchni posiada obwodowy kanalek pierscieniowy, natomiast górny jego koniec pod powierzchnia kulista posiada boczne rurowe odsadzenie skierowane ku górze, którego górny eliptyczny koniec polaczony jest z kwadratowym elementem plytkowym zaopatrzonym w swych narozach w kolowe otwory montazowe oraz w otwór eliptyczny stanowiacy przedluzenie otworu eliptycznego górnego konca odsadzenia rurowego. Os wspomnianego bocznego rurowego odsadzenia usytuowana jest pod katem rozwartym w stosunku do pionowej osi rurowego pionowego elementu walcowego, a eliptyczne czolo dolnego konca tego odsadzenia polaczone jest plynnym przejsciem z zewnetrzna powierzchnia pionowego rurowego elementu walcowego.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Noga meblowa wykonana korzystnie z metalu, pokazana na rysunku fig. 1-5 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi ja rurowy, pionowy element walcowy, którego górny koniec zakonczony jest powierzchnia kulista, a dolny plaski koniec zaopatrzony jest w stopke tworzywowa, przy czym w jego poblizu walcowy element na swej powierzchni posiada obwodowy kanalek pierscieniowy, natomiast górny jego koniec pod powierzchnia kulista posiada boczne rurowe odsadzenie skierowane ku górze, którego górny eliptyczny koniec polaczony jest z kwadratowym elementem plytkowym zaopatrzonym w swych narozach w kolowe otwory montazowe oraz w otwór eliptyczny stanowiacy przedluzenie otworu eliptycznego górnego konca odsadzenia rurowego. - os wspomnianego bocznego rurowego odsadzenia usytuowana jest pod katem rozwartym w stosunku do pionowej osi rurowego pionowego elementu walcowego, a eliptyczne czolo dolnego konca tego odsadzenia polaczone jest plynnym przejsciem z zewnetrzna powierzchnia pionowego rurowego elementu walcowego. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the furniture leg in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the same leg in a side view, fig. 3 - the same leg in a top view, fig. 4 - the same leg in cross-section along line A-A, and fig. 5 - the same leg in cross-section along line B-B in fig. 2. The furniture leg according to the industrial design is a tubular, vertical cylindrical element, the upper end of which is terminated with a spherical surface, and the lower flat end is provided with a plastic foot, wherein in its vicinity the cylindrical element has a circumferential annular channel on its surface, while its upper end under the spherical surface has a lateral tubular offset directed upwards, the upper elliptical end of which is connected to a square plate element provided with circular mounting holes in its corners and with an elliptical hole constituting an extension of the elliptical hole in the upper end of the tubular offset. The axis of the above-mentioned lateral tubular offset is situated at an obtuse angle in relation to the vertical axis of the tubular vertical cylindrical element, and the elliptical face of the lower end of this offset is connected by a smooth transition with the outer surface of the vertical tubular cylindrical element. 2. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture leg, preferably made of metal, shown in Fig. 1-5, is characterized in that: - it is a tubular, vertical cylindrical element, the upper end of which is terminated with a spherical surface, and the lower flat end is provided with a plastic foot, wherein in its vicinity the cylindrical element has a circumferential annular channel on its surface, while its upper end, under the spherical surface, has a lateral tubular offset directed upwards, the upper elliptical end of which is connected to a square plate element provided with circular mounting holes in its corners and with an elliptical hole constituting an extension of the upper elliptical hole end of the tubular shoulder. - the axis of the said lateral tubular shoulder is situated at an obtuse angle to the vertical axis of the tubular vertical cylindrical element, and the elliptical face of the lower end of this shoulder is connected by a smooth transition with the outer surface of the vertical tubular cylindrical element.
