Stelaz nosnika reklamowo-informacyjnego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stelaz nosnika reklamowo- informacyjnego z wykorzystaniem ramy rozwiernej, w której osadzany jest plytowy nosnik reklamowo-informacyjny. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie stelaza nosnika reklamowo-informacyjnego pozwalajacego na jedno lub dwustronne mocowanie plyt ekspozycyjnych nosnika, zapewniajac latwa wymiane plyt ekspozycyjnych bez koniecznosci demontazu stelaza. Pierwsza odmiane stelaza nosnika reklamowo-informacyjnego stanowi nosna rama o ksztalcie litery „U", uformowana z zamknietego profilu. Otwarta przestrzen znajdujaca sie pomiedzy ramionami nosnej ramy, zamknieta jest poprzecznym usztywniajacym elementem trwale polaczonym z dwoma przeciwleglymi ramionami nosnej ramy, tworzac zamkniety obwód nosnej ramy. Na ramionach nosnej ramy od wewnetrznej strony osadzone sa mocujace uchwyty nosnika reklamowo-informacyjnego, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana stelaza nosnika reklamowo-informacyjnego ma konstrukcje nosna identyczna jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest zamocowanie w górnej czesci nosnej ramy bocznych polaczeniowo- zaciskowych wsporników pozwalajacych na polaczenie dwóch identycznych stelazy w zwarta konstrukcje stojaka rozwiernego. Tak polaczone wsporniki stanowia zawiasowe zlacza umozliwiajace regulacje kata rozwarcia ramion stojaka, bedac równoczesnie ogranicznikiem kata rozwarcia. Uklad kinetyczny stojaka rozwiemego pozwala na samoczynne rozchylanie sie ramion stojaka tylko poprzez uchwycenie dlonia dwóch górnych czesci stojaka, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4. Trzecia odmiana stelaza nosnika reklamowo-informacyjnego ma konstrukcje nosna identyczna jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest zamocowanie teleskopowo na koncach bocznych ramion stelaza uchwytów mocujacych stelaz do osadczej pionowej powierzchni plaskiej lub rurowej, tworzac konstrukcje semaforowego zwiastuna informacyjnego, zas w przypadku kiedy powierzchnia osadcza jest powierzchnia stropu lub podcienia, wówczas ekspozycja uzyskuje charakter konstrukcji podstropowego zwiastuna informacyjnego, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 5 i fig. 6. 2Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Pierwsza odmiane stelaza nosnika stanowi nosna rama o ksztalcie litery „U", uformowana z zamknietego profilu. Otwarta przestrzen znajdujaca sie pomiedzy ramionami nosnej ramy, zamknieta jest poprzecznym usztywniajacym elementem trwale polaczonym z dwoma przeciwleglymi ramionami nosnej ramy, tworzac zamkniety obwód nosnej ramy. Na ramionach nosnej ramy od wewnetrznej strony osadzone sa mocujace uchwyty nosnika reklamowo-informacyjnego. 2. W drugiej odmianie stelaza nosnika w górnej czesci nosnej ramy zamocowane sa boczne polaczeniowo-zaciskowe wsporniki laczace dwa identyczne stelaze w zwarta konstrukcje w postaci stojaka rozwiernego. Polaczone wsporniki stanowia zlacza zawiasowe z regulacja kata rozwarcia ramion stojaka, bedac równoczesnie ogranicznikiem kata rozwarcia. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape of the advertising and information display frame, allowing for single- or double-sided mounting of the display panels, ensuring easy replacement of display panels without the need to disassemble the frame. The frame based on the industrial design is a universal solution, as it can be used for various types and forms of display. A significant advantage of using the frame based on the design is the elimination of additional, unnecessary connecting accessories. The frame is characterized by a simple, compact structure, easy transport, storage, and handling. A significant advantage is its ease of use and low manufacturing costs. Along with its functional advantages, the frame has ergonomic features and aesthetic qualities that easily blend into the environment in which it is used. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the first variant of the advertising and information carrier frame; Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the second variant of the frame in a position with the arms juxtaposed; Fig. 3 shows a side view of the upper frame with a hand grip and the hinged arm connection exposed; Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the second variant of the frame as a stand with angularly folded arms; Fig. 5 shows the third variant of the frame showing the telescopically connected mounting elements; Fig. 6 shows a side view detail of the telescopic connection of the mounting elements to the frame. The first variant of the advertising and information media frame is a U-shaped supporting frame formed from a closed profile. The open space between the arms of the supporting frame is closed by a transverse stiffening element permanently connected to two opposite arms of the supporting frame, creating a closed perimeter of the supporting frame. Mounting brackets for the advertising and information media are mounted on the inside of the supporting frame arms, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. The second variant of the advertising and information media frame has a supporting structure identical to the first variant. The distinguishing feature is the mounting of side connecting and clamping brackets in the upper part of the supporting frame, allowing for the connection of two identical frames into a compact swing-out stand structure. The brackets, connected in this way, constitute hinged joints that allow for adjustment of the stand's arm opening angle, while also acting as a limiter for the opening angle. The kinetic system of the extendable stand allows the stand's arms to open automatically simply by grasping the two upper sections of the stand, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The third variant of the advertising and information media frame has a supporting structure identical to the first variant. The distinctive feature is the telescopic attachment of brackets at the ends of the side arms of the frame, which secure the frame to the vertical flat or tubular mounting surface, creating the structure of a semaphore information sign, and in the case when the mounting surface is the surface of a ceiling or arcade, the display takes on the character of a ceiling information sign, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. 2. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The first variant of the carrier frame is a U-shaped supporting frame formed from a closed profile. In the second variant of the carrier frame, lateral connecting and clamping brackets are mounted in the upper part of the supporting frame, connecting two identical frames into a compact structure in the form of a swing-open stand. The connected brackets constitute hinged joints with adjustable opening angles of the stand arms, simultaneously acting as opening angle limiters. 3. In the third variant of the carrier frame, telescopic brackets are mounted on the ends of the side arms of the frame, securing the frame to a vertical, flat or tubular mounting surface, creating a semaphore information sign structure, or a ceiling-mounted information sign structure with a mounting surface that is a ceiling or arcade.
