Neutralizator radiestezyjny Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 8 grudnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest neutralizator radiestezyjny. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia neutralizator radiestezyjny w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - neutralizator w widoku perspektywicznym od strony otwartego konca rury, a fig. 3 - neutralizator w widoku perspektywicznym od strony czesciowo zaslepionego konca rary. Neutralizator radiestezyjny wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma postac rury, osadzonej poziomo, asymetrycznie na podstawie. Podstawe stanowi niski i szeroki prostopa-dloscian, którego górne krawedzie sa ozdobnie sciete po linii luku. Rura na jednym koncu jest czesciowo zaslepiona pierscieniem, którego wewnetrzna srednica jest w przyblizeniu o polowe mniejsza od wewnetrznej srednicy rury. Stosunek zewnetrznej srednicy rury do je j dlugosci wynosi w przyblizeniu 1:7, przy czym dlugosc krótszego, wystajacego poza podstawe odcinka rury stanowi w przy- blizeniu polowe dlugosci podstawy, natomiast dlugosc dluzszego odcinka rury wy- stajacego po przeciwnej stronie podstawy jest w przyblizeniu 2,5- krotnie wieksza od dlugosci krótszego odcinka. Neutralizator moze byc dowolnie zabarwiony, jednak najkorzystniej jest, gdy rura ma kolor bialy, a podstawa ma naturalne zabarwienie drewna. PL PLThe right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from December 8, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a dowsing neutralizer. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the dowsing neutralizer from a side view, Fig. 2 - the neutralizer in a perspective view from the open end of the tube, and Fig. 3 - the neutralizer in a perspective view from the partially plugged end of the tube. According to the ornamental design, the dowsing neutralizer takes the form of a tube, mounted horizontally and asymmetrically on a base. The base is a low, wide cuboid, the upper edges of which are decoratively cut along an arc. The pipe is partially sealed at one end with a ring whose inner diameter is approximately half the inner diameter of the pipe. The ratio of the pipe's outer diameter to its length is approximately 1:7, with the shorter section of pipe protruding beyond the base being approximately half the length of the base, while the longer section of pipe protruding on the opposite side of the base is approximately 2.5 times the length of the shorter section. The neutralizer can be any color, but it is best if the pipe is white and the base is the natural color of the wood.
