Opakowanie Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie parówek. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w slowno-graficzno- kolorystyczno-przestrzennym ukladzie opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku z przodu, a fig.2 - przedstawia opakowanie w widoku od tylu. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru wykonane jest z dwóch kawalków folii z tworzywa sztucznego o zarysie wydluzonego prostokata, przy czym górna powierzchnia opakowania jest wstepnie uformowana zgodnie z ksztaltem parówek, a obie powierzchnie opakowania sa polaczone za pomoca zgrzewu wzdluz calego obrzeza opakowania przy czym zgrzew wzdluz krótszych boków prostokata jest wyraznie szerszy, a jego krawedz jest zabkowana. Dolna powierzchnia opakowania jest wykonana z folii przezroczystej, na której umieszczone sa nadruki kodu kreskowego produktu i informacje o wadze i skladnikach produktu. Górna powierzchnia opakowania ma postac wielobarwnej etykiety, na której na bialym tle pas o nierównej szerokosci w kolorze zólto pomaranczowym, na nim napis „Jubilatki" w kolorze bialym w czerwonej obwódce, ponizej na zielonym pasku napis „Parówki z drobiem", a pod nim na bialym tle napis „Podwójna przekaska" w kolorze czerwonym. Z prawej strony rysunek dwóch parówek ozdobionych sosem i listkami w kolorach zielonym, czerwonym, pomaranczowym i bialym, zas w prawym górnym rogu okragla pieczec granatowa i biala z dookolnym napisem „SUPER SMACZNA PRZEKASKA 2". Z lewej strony, za falista zlota linia na czerwonym cieniowanym tle, znajduje sie znak firmowy w postaci rysunku liscia debu w kolorze czerwonym w zlotej obwódce, na nim rysunek stylizowanego drzewa debu w kolorze zlotym, a pod nim napis SOKOLÓW w kolorze bialym z czarnym cieniem.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in the word, graphic, color, and spatial arrangement of the package. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the package from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the package from the back. The package, according to the design, is made of two pieces of plastic film in the shape of an elongated rectangle, with the upper surface of the package preformed to the shape of the hot dogs, and both surfaces are joined by a weld along the entire perimeter of the package. The weld along the shorter sides of the rectangle is noticeably wider and its edge is serrated. The lower surface of the package is made of transparent film, which displays the product's barcode and information about the product's weight and ingredients. The top surface of the packaging is a multi-colored label with a yellow-orange strip of uneven width on a white background, with the inscription "Jubilitki" in white with a red border, below it on a green strip the inscription "Parówki z drobiem" (French sausages with poultry), and below it on a white background the inscription "Podwójna przekaska" (Double snack) in red. On the right side there is an image of two sausages decorated with sauce and leaves in green, red, orange and white, while in the upper right corner there is a round navy blue and white seal with the inscription "SUPER SMACZNA PRZEKASKA 2" (SUPER TASTY SNACK 2) surrounding it. On the left side, behind a wavy gold line on a shaded red background, is the trademark in the form of a red oak leaf with a gold border, followed by a stylized gold oak tree, and below it the inscription "SOKOLÓW" in white with a black shadow. Significant features of the industrial design: The packaging, as shown in the design, is shaped like an elongated rectangle, the upper and lower surfaces of which are joined by a weld along the entire perimeter, with the weld being noticeably wider along the shorter sides and its edge serrated.
