Swieca elektroniczna - znicz nagrobny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca elektroniczna - znicz nagrobny. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac swiecy elektronicznej - znicza nagrobnego, uzywanej jako samoistna swieca - znicz nagrobny lub jako wklad swietlny do ozdobnych obudów zniczy, który to wzór zmierza do celów estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono swiece elektroniczna - znicz nagrobny w widoku z przodu z czesciowym wyjeciem w jej czesci srodkowej w obszarze, w którym na górnej powierzchni tworzywa wypelniajacego dolna czesc obudowy umieszczona jest zarówka z dwuelementowym wylacznikiem elektrycznego ukladu zasilanego bateriami elektrycznymi, a na fig. 2 - przedstawiono swiece elektroniczna - znicz nagrobny w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku swieca elektroniczna - znicz nagrobny ma korpus o ksztalcie walca, zamkniety od góry szczelna pokrywka opasujaca górny obrys- 2 - korpusu i majaca wywinieta na zewnatrz pod katem prostym krawedz, przy czym dolna czesc swiecy elektronicznej - znicza nagrobnego wypelniona jest substancja o konsystencji ciala stalego i kolorze parafiny, w której to substancji umieszczony jest elektroniczny uklad sterujacy oraz zasilajace baterie, natomiast w górnej jej czesci znajduje sie zarówka o ksztalcie kropli wody oraz wylacznik ukladu elektronicznego zlozony z elementu o ksztalcie zblizonym do wydluzonej i odwróconej litery „U" i cienkiego elementu w postaci sprezystego drutu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of electronic candle – a grave candle, used as a standalone candle – a grave candle or as a light insert for decorative grave candle housings. This design pursues aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the electronic candle - grave candle in a front view with a partial removal in its central part in the area where a light bulb with a two-element switch of an electric system powered by electric batteries is placed on the upper surface of the material filling the lower part of the housing, and Fig. 2 shows the electronic candle - grave candle in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the electronic candle - grave candle has a cylindrical body, closed at the top with a tight cover surrounding the upper outline of the body and having an edge turned outwards at a right angle, while the lower part of the electronic candle - grave candle is filled with a substance of solid consistency and paraffin colour, in which the electronic control system and the power supply batteries are placed, while in its upper part there is a light bulb in the shape of a drop of water and an electronic circuit switch composed of an element in the shape of an elongated and inverted letter "U" and a thin element in the form of a flexible wire. Essential features of the industrial design: The electronic candle - grave candle has a cylindrical body, closed at the top with a tight lid surrounding the upper outline of the body and having an edge bent outwards at a right angle, wherein the lower part of the body of the electronic candle - grave candle is filled with a substance of solid consistency and paraffin color, in which the electronic control system and the power supply batteries are placed, while in its upper part there is a light bulb in the shape of a drop of water and an electronic circuit switch composed of an element in the shape similar to an elongated and inverted letter "U" and a thin element in the form of a flexible wire, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
