Wielofunkcyjna oprawa oswietlenia 1 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wielofunkcyjna oprawa oswietlenia, stosowana w przemysle oswietleniowym, zwlaszcza do opraw oswietlenia awaryjnego i ewakuacyjnego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia oprawe oswietlenia w odmianie 1 w widoku z boku, gdzie oprawa pelni funkcje oprawy oswietlenia awaryjnego, fig. 2 przedstawia oprawe oswietlenia w odmianie 2, w widoku z boku, gdzie oprawa pelni funkcje oprawy oswietlenia awaryjnego i ewakuacyjnego, a fig. 3 przedstawia oprawe oswietlenia w odmianie 3, w widoku z boku, gdzie oprawa pelni funkcje oprawy oswietlenia ewakuacyjnego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wzór ma charakterystyczny ksztalt oprawy oswietlenia, przy czym odmiana 1 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada posiada prostopadloscienna obudowe, w której od dolu znajduje sie zaglebienie, w którym jest osadzony element przezroczysty, przykrywajacy wneke, w której znajduja sie elementy oswietleniowe równo oddalonych od siebie. Odmiana 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada dodatkowo plaski prostokatny element prostopadle usytuowany do przezroczystego elementu umieszczonego we wglebieniu. Przy czym plaski prostokatny element pelni funkcje informacyjna. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the lighting fixture in variant 1, where the fixture functions as an emergency lighting fixture, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the lighting fixture in variant 2, where the fixture functions as an emergency and evacuation lighting fixture, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of the lighting fixture in variant 3, where the fixture functions as an evacuation lighting fixture. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The design has a characteristic shape of a lighting fixture, with variant 1 being characterized by a cuboid housing with a recess at the bottom, in which a transparent element is embedded, covering a recess containing equally spaced lighting elements. Variation 2 is characterized by an additional flat rectangular element perpendicular to the transparent element placed in the recess. The flat rectangular element serves an informational function.
